About this property

It is a 3 storey, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom Florida waterfront home, sleeps 8 and is only one block away from the warm waters of the Gulf, beautiful white sand beach, beach bars, fine dinning restaurants and local shopping. It is nearby Downtown St Pete where you can enjoy night life, theaters, entertainment, local art and festivals, fresh markets (15 min drive). Private Yard, Outdoor grilling and dining area.
This house is equipped with a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, living room, dining area, game/reading room, Wi-Fi, and cable. All bedrooms, kitchen , living room and dinning area has balconies, where you can sit and relax, enjoy breathtaking water views, drink coffee or just read a book. In the backyard there is a outside shower, driveway, grilling and sitting area. There is shared screened-in, pool at adjacent (same owner)property, which our guests can use.

Perfect Location

The property was convenient to local shops and restaurants, the view was beautiful - we saw a pod of dolphins swimming by one evening from the patio, it was clean, and only a short walk to the beach!

What a great stay!

We enjoyed the house so much. The inter coastal view from the front is beautiful and out of the back is a wonderful sunset view. The house was spotless and so clean. And there was room for our whole family. The property manager was fantastic - she checked in with us. We would love to come back and stay again!

Absolutely Incredible!

From the moment my group and I walked in til the time we left we were blown away with this place! The house fit our group of 8 very comfortably and the elevator was a big bonus for our luggage and groceries. The location is AMAZING! You are very short walking distance to a convenience store, restaurants, bars, and of course the beach! The house has plenty of beach equipment like chairs, toys and even a cooler! It stormed on one of the days and we were able to use the pool and continue enjoying the weekend. To top it all off, the host is absolutely wonderful. Quick, simple communication made the whole process and stay a breeze. This was my first time ever booking a stay on VRBO and if I could have this same experience again I'd pay double for it!
