About this property

Located in Pass a Grille, known for spectacular sunsets, this newly renovated beach cottage has unobstructed views of Pass a Grille channel yet is a short 100 yard walk to the Gulf of Mexico. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed with en-suite bathroom. The other has twin beds. A convertible lounger in the living area becomes a queen-sized bed. Gather in the open kitchen, then enjoy the deck while watching dolphins and manatees in the channel.

Walk to 8th Ave for shopping or a meal. Also walking distance is Shaner’s Market where you can buy a grouper sandwich or fixins for supper at home. Ring the bell to celebrate sunset at the Paradise Grill or play shuffleboard in the park. Catch the Shell Key Shuttle, rent a paddle board, or just relax on the sand. Take the FreeBee ride to St Pete Beach for a seafood or Italian meal. Nearby in St Petersburg are craft breweries and distilleries, museums, shopping and dining. Tampa and Clearwater are a short drive.

Minimum age to rent is 25 years and must be present throughout the rental. No weight restriction on pet but aggressive breeds not permitted. Pet must on leash at all times when outside the cottage. Small gatherings of 10 persons or fewer are permitted. Noise ordinance is strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Perfect cottage in Pass a Grille

This is a great property in a perfect Pass a Grille location. My partner and I stayed here for a week and it has a great view of the intercoastal and is only a short walk to the beach. The cottage is very clean and fully stocked with beach amenities. The owners are pleasant people who are easy to rent from. I'd definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot to relax in the winter

The house has been beautifully renovated inside and out. We were able to appreciate sunrise and sunsets daily. Quiet part of town. Lovely views.

Very comfortable cottage with amazing views

We had a wonderful experience at the cottage. Starting with the help Joanne’s husband provided while checking in . The party consisted of my 2 daughter’s, their husband, 4 yr old granddaughter. The cottage was clean and very comfortable for all of us. The view was amazing. We are coming back for the 4th of July week.

We loved the beach cottage

We had such a great time staying at the adorable beach house that we extended our trip. Joanna was beyond accommodating. I highly recommend this VRBO. It’s gorgeous, clean, quiet, well located, and has everything you could need.
