This area of St Pete Beach is historic and very serene—not crowded with spring breakers or rowdy groups. Located in a beautiful neighborhood, you will find fun, active living where tranquility abounds. Wonderful restaurants, water activities, biking and walking options. Or just sit in the Adirondack chairs provided on the beach and watch the waves roll in and the spectacular sunsets. Accommodates a maximum of 6 guests for the entire stay . Smoking and pets are not allowed .

Great location for a quiet beach

Property was in great shape, looked new. We loved the sunroom. Great location, steps to the beach that was excellent and not crowded even on Memorial day weekend.

The perfect spot

Our stay was for a graduation in Tampa with 6 family members coming from multiple spots. Both the house and the beach were just perfect. The house had a wonderful cottage vibe, well decorated and stocked-- and was steps from a pristine beach. The beach sunsets were glorious. We would return in a heartbeat.

Great stay!

The house is fabulous! Perfectly appointed, decorated, and super clean like a brand new house. Perfect amount of space for a small family. Everything as described and needed was there! Owner was quickly responsive and accommodating! Absolutely loved this stay!
