Located in a beautiful neighborhood, you will find fun, active living where tranquility abounds. Wonderful restaurants, water activities, biking and walking options. We recently sold our smaller home in Pass A Grille and ungraded to this gem right across the street from our previous home to enjoy without concerns a about flooding and to share with others. Pure delight in new construction in a one of a kind beach neighborhood!
