Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with quick access to beach.  This property faces the sparkling Gulf of Mexico with stunning views from the balcony and steps to the beach.  The unit has, refinished wood floors throughout, fully equipped kitchen, a Queen bed in one bedroom, full bed in 2nd bedroom, trundle bed in #rd bedroom, living area, flat screen tv's, brand new air conditioning units.  This charming and cozy apartment has a stunning view of the sparkling Gulf of Mexico,  beach cruiser bicycles are provided for guests, beach chairs, gas grill for cookouts, balcony's with table and chairs, outdoor lounge area. daily maid service included free.  Parking is free, high speed wifi is free and there are no resort fees or cleaning fees. Restaurants, ice cream parlor, boutiques are all within a very short walk.

The location of our vacation rental could not have been more perfect. There were multiple restaurants in walking distance along with the beautiful Pass-a-Grill Beach right across the street. The maid service was wonderful and we had an amazing time.The rooms were a little bit small, so fortunately we were able to make do but one room with the single bed had to be just one person. Aside from that we had an amazing time and we will be back.

Perfect getaway in Pass-a-Grille!

Everyone was very accommodating and most important to me - cheerfully so. Location cannot be beat. So clean and fresh inside and a comfortable patio to enjoy outdoors. Bikes, beach chairs and a pool to use at another location close by. What more do you need on this quaint beach? Shhhhh… Don’t tell anyone how wonderful this beach is!

Great efforts in a trying time

The location is wonderful, the unit is charming old time Florida. This area is actively recovering from a huge hurricane. The spirit is positive. The staff was responsive, the unit was very clean, and service people were there on the job every day.

Great Family Vacation

Property was as described in the listing. Great location directly across the street from the beach and within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. Very quiet at night; we were in a lower unit and noise from upstairs was minimal. Daily cleaning and towel service was very nice. Easy check in and check out process. Property managers were very prompt and responsive to emails. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay again in the future,

Cute but a little tight

We really liked this place! Walkability is important to us, and this location has everything you'd need within walking distance. Good restaurants, bars, music, even an impressive meat market. The only down side was that the second bedroom is small, and since, in our case, it was occupied by a married couple with a dog, it was a tight fit. Storage is also limited. I would say this place works best for a family rather than couples traveling together.

Havana Inn

Spent a week here, and we will definitely be back. Location was great—directly across from beach and just a short walk to shops/restaurants. Amenities (washer/dryer, beach chairs, and bikes) were a big plus. The staff accommodated our dog and answered all our questions promptly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Havana Inn. Nine months ago we stayed at their sister property and wanted to give them a chance as well. We are booked to stay again at Havana in a different room for New Years. The location is perfect! Pass-a-grille is super low key and surrounded by the beautiful waters. Our friends that traveled with us said that the stay at Havana far exceeded their expectations and they would definitely stay again.

Walk to restaurants, bar’s, shopping and the beach. The unit we were in was large and has everything we needed, if not all you need to do is ask! Great staff, daily housekeeping. We will be back!

Overall great stay! Very clean, great location across from beach. We ended up sleeping in the back bedroom because master bedroom bed was in need of replacement—sagging in center, husband looked under bed before checking out for missing socks and saw that frame was broke (that explains it!) Otherwise, we’d stay again, lovely staff :)

Great location with lots of room

Overall great stay. We enjoyed the spacious room and great location to the beach. Walls were thin and could hear noises at night. Housekeeping were very accommodating and friendly.
