Nice, Clean and Comfortable!

Had everything needed for what I was looking for, with a nice little lake to fish. I didn't spend much time at the property, but was conveniently located and owners were very pleasant. I will be back next time plan to be in that area.

Small apartment decorated with older furnishings and personal items. Tight quarters for seniors, especially those requiring some assistance. Bathroom especially small. Friendly host and helpful family. Nice location across from lake. Easy access to community services.

Bed originally was toohigh - I slept on couch until host family tookout a mattress; bathroom did not meet standards. Host family had work being done and very noisy! Never saw backyard.

If I could give more than five stars, I would!

My stay at Christie's apartment in Altamonte was a dream stay. The apartment is adorable, decorated beautifully, and had everything I needed to be comfortable. I read for hours on their dock on the lake. The stay was peaceful and quiet and the location is easy access to anywhere in Orlando. I got to meet Christie and she was so friendly and pleasant. She went above and beyond to accommodate my trip schedule, even extending my stay by a night when she was not obligated in any way to do that. I was so very grateful! I would recommend this space to anyone looking to have one of the best rental stays you have ever had. Thank you, Christie and family!

Great Apartment

This worked out very well for my daughter and I. We were visiting a friend at Full Sail. It is about 20 minutes away, but I couldn't find anything closer that would meet our needs. Kitchen had just about everything we needed for cooking. Dishwasher was a huge plus as well as washer and dryer. Has kitchen with living/dining space. Bedroom worked out well. Note there is no door to close off living room/kitchen/dining area from bedroom. The bathroom did have a door and worked out well. It is a little narrow, but we did not have any issues. Parking is a little tight, but we didn't have any problems. We were able to come and go as needed and didn't necessarily interact with homeowner, which was great by us. Lake across street. Note that it is a long hike to go around the lake. This worked out very well for us and we were pleased. I recommend and we would stay there again if needed. Property was clean and had all that we needed.

Perfect lil getaway

If you just want to chill out by the lake , R&R this is you place. They had fishing poles, chairs, umbrella, a beautiful wrap around porch where bought some wine and we hung out and played scrabble. The apartment was charming with all amenities and comforts. Amazing hosts! Choose how to spend your day, shopping, a mall, movie theater, all restaurants everything is close by. We will definitely be returning. 5 stars

Peaceful and lovely

We had everything we needed to be comfortable, cook our own food, relax inside and outside. And rowing in the canoe or on the gorgeous little lake was just heavenly! Christie was the best host
