Spring 2019 update - The condo is clean and in great shape. In February we did touch up work on the new interior paint and beach themed decor, revitalizing the interior of the unit to facilitate more open space for our guests' enjoyment. Floor tiles and upholstery have been recently steam cleaned throughout. Additionally, the whole complex is sparkling as there have also been upgrades to the exterior of our buildings. These include pool and spa resurfacing, new paint to exterior areas and building trim, as well as an upgrade to LED lighting in the walkways, new washers and dryers in our laundry facilities that now accept credit cards, and improvements to the common areas of the property.

Important note - I've owned this Destin Florida condo for almost 10 years, have all the required state licenses, and pay my sales tax obligations. If someone's price is too good to be true, it may be.

Relax in this quiet, professionally decorated Destin Florida condominium with private beach access. Destin's Miramar Beach area has fewer buildings, crowds, and hassles than the rest of Destin.

Enjoy this smoke-free, tiled second floor unit that comfortably sleeps six with a queen bed in the master, queen sleeper sofa and hallway bunks. You will find this a very clean and quiet location for your vacation, and very family oriented. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a fast breakfast or cook a full dinner for the family.

Just out the front door is one of the two pools (one heated) and grilling area, and the balcony has an obstructed view of the ocean. The family room has a large flat panel TV. Each of the TVs has a DVD player. In case you need to stay in touch with the office, wireless internet (WiFi) access is FREE through a password-protected connection.

This well-maintained and recently repainted facility has two swimming pools, one heated and comfortable year-round. Take a dip in the hot tub after a long day of digging with the kids on the beach. The barbecue area has several large grills and is a great place to meet other families. Laundry facilities are located right down the hall.

Lounge chairs and umbrellas are available for rent from one of several vendors conveniently located on the private beach directly across the street from the property. Private beach access is gated to ensure privacy. It's just a short walk along the beach to water sports, including jet skis, sailboats, and parasailing.

More than five miles of bike/jogging path along Destin Florida's Scenic Gulf Drive pass right by the property, plus a new boardwalk right across the street. You can walk to some great seafood restaurants (Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's, Kenny D's, and more), with shopping, golf, water parks, family fun centers, and the airport only minutes away. This gulf front location provides the ideal Destin Florida family vacation and relaxing getaway!
