Immerse yourself in the sun, surf and amazing sunsets 🌅 visible from the 3rd floor patio. We have a wonderful combination of ocean sounds 🌊 emanating from the front and jungle sounds emanating from the back.

Our house is perfect for honeymoons, renewed vows or two lovers looking to reconnect 🔥

Relax to the soul soothing sounds of the surf 🏄‍♀️ and panoramic views of the ocean 🌊 from the spectacular 3rd floor condo! And it’s all yours!

The professionally decorated condo located directly on the ocean make this the place you'll remember for a lifetime. It's why we bought it for ourselves and why we enjoy sharing it with others.

In addition, its located near the internationally renowned Ann Wigmore Natural Health Institute.

BRAND NEW - Added battery🔋backup system to seamlessly coast through short power outages and eliminate appliance damage from power spikes ⚡️ on the island. Also added a dual-fuel (propane & gas) generator for extended power outages. Will be adding solar power soon.

Please note that in the past we had rented the 3rd floor condo and rooftop terrace together. We have since turned the rooftop terrace into an owners-only space.

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave the used sheets and towels on the floor. Please place all trash in the dumpster near the front gate. Please clean all dirty dishes and return them to the cabinets.
Please turn off air conditioners, fans, and lights. Please close all windows and lock all doors. Please return keys and gate remote to the lockbox.
Please rinse/return all beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, and toys to the laundry room. Warm wishes for a wonderful vacation! ¡Salud!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Maximum stay is 10 nights. Quiet hours are 9pm to 8am. No more than 2 additional guests. Parking is limited to 1 space marked “5”.
In Puerto Rico, water and power outages can happen. Usually they are very short in duration but we have no control and cannot issue a full refund.
We have 200 Mbps WiFi. If internet access is down, cell/data coverage is good and you can create a hotspot with a cellphone.

Great Location

We absolutely loved our stay. We were able to drive to dozens of different beaches all up and down the west coast. This rentals provided everything needed, and the owners are very attentive to any questions you might have.

Most amazing views of the ocean

The property was very well taking care of. Gorgeous landscaping and pool. Very close restaurants that we enjoyed walking to, unfortunately a fabulous bakery was also very close also. All the needed items were available in the apartment and bonus having a washer and dryer available for us to use.

Beachside Bliss

We really enjoyed our stay at Barrio Guayabo! The apartment is comfortable and the roof deck is outstanding! We spent most of our time on the roof. The beach was fun to walk and swim in the waves. Be sure you are a good swimmer as the surf can be rough. For a calmer swim, the shared pool was delightful. The one drawback was the hot tub was cold. Other residents and guests of the small complex were friendly.

Beautiful, well appointed condo.

The condo is lovely and beautifully appointed. I had a great stay, despite tropical storm Ernesto moving through the area. Michael couldn’t have been more attentive and concerned about my well being. He went to great lengths to make special arrangements to make sure I had power, when the power went out in the area. All in all, I would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this property! Pictures are exactly how they look. The ocean view from the balcony was breathtaking. Property was clean and stocked with all amenities from home. Communication with Michael was prompt and helpful. Checking in and out was a smooth process. Tips - drive slow, area is not well lit at night. Also, don't drive past condo, no barrier to ocean. We definitely will be back.

A beautiful and well managed experience.

Our stay was wonderful. The condo is clean, beautifully maintained, and the view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking! The location is gorgeous and very convenient, with multiple restaurants within walking distance to chose from, as well as quiet and relaxing. Communication was clear and consistent, with the owner of the property quick to respond to any questions we had. We would absolutely return for this experience again.

Michael and Alexandra were lovely to work with, very accommodating and quick to respond when we had questions and needed to make some changes in our dates. The condo is clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The patio doors open wide with the most fabulous views of the shoreline and sea! Tropical Paradise in Puerto Rico

My husband and I traveled to Puerto Rico for a romantic getaway to a tropical paradise and this property did not disappoint! The amazing views of the ocean, palm trees, wildlife, and sunsets was worth the 3 hour drive from San Juan airport! We enjoyed coffee from the balcony overlooking the ocean every morning and wine on the private rooftop terrace as we watched the sunsets. We took long walks on the beach with an entrance located on the property and swam in the pool. We felt safe and relaxed. One of our most romantic getaways!

Comfortable condo with gorgeous views

We really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable condo. We spent a lot of time on the balcony where the view was spectacular and the noise of the ocean was so soothing. The pool is small but clean and well cared for, as are the property grounds of this small, gated complex. The neighbors were friendly and the place was private and quiet. It's conveniently located between Rincon and Aguada, with many restaurants nearby in both directions. The condo is right on a narrow but very walkable beach, but while we were there the surf was quite high, so we didn't swim in the ocean. We had a great stay and would absolutely stay again.
