Close to restaurants, shopping, attractions and easy access to highways. Large comfy space features a Living Room, kitchenette, bathroom with a custom tiled stand up shower, desk, WiFi, queen bed with night stands, 37 Inch TV, large closet with dresser, and a safe. Backyard with in-ground pool and hot tub, lounge chairs and grill. Private entrance and parking. *Its a basement apartment located under our main residence.*

Clifton Park, NY. We have 2 wonderful grandsons who love to visit us and swim and play in the yard.
We love to meet new people and travel to beautiful vacation spots, usually near a beach..
We have been doing house swapping with our family and we decided to start inviting other guests to our beautiful home.

Why they chose this property

We are located in a very quiet neighborhood and our lot is almost an acre. You can walk to a nature trail from our house, bike path, tennis courts and playground.
We have a beautiful 16 x 32 In-ground Pool that is heated, a hot tub that is always 102 degrees, a pergola that has lights to sit out at night and patio tables and a gas BBQ Grill that our guests can use.
