Hacienda del Sol II welcomes you to Unit 404!

Completely renovated top to bottom, this open-concept, fully-appointed 4th floor condo features an ocean view from nearly any place within the unit. The main rooms face due south, overlooking the pool and the coastline looking toward the Cape Canaveral National Seashore. Everything is included to ensure you enjoy a relaxing stay: beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas, in-unit washer/dryer, flat panel TVs with High Definition cable TV and DVD players in each room. Comfortably sleeps 6: King bed in the master, 2 twins in the guest suite, and a queen sofa bed, with 2 luxurious bathrooms.
Extras include unlimited local and long distance calling, free high speed wireless internet access and a computer for your use in the guest suite, a secure in-room hotel safe and key-less entry into the unit.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided.

Refunds: There will be no discounts or early departure refunds due to or for mechanical, plumbing, or electrical failures or breakdowns to any item(s) in the unit or other areas of the common property for any cause. No refunds will be given for inclement weather or condition of the property beyond our control.

Review of unit 404

Unit was okay, due to Covid the unit has not been used since November, it definitely had not been clean before our arrival. The couch in living room had seen better days, no support left in the seats. Would stay again if furniture was replaced. Cate was very helpful before and during our stay.

Great place for a quick visit

I thought this condo was great for my family. Check-in was easy and the condo was clean and neat. We were going to use the blow-up mattress, but there were stains all over it, so my husband and I decided to let our youngest child sleep with us. We also had to buy a coffee maker while there because the one provided was moldy in the bottom. Other than those couple of things, we enjoyed our stay.

Hacienda del Sol II is the nicest complex on the island as you will see when you arrive. Have a wonderful vacation!

Hacienda Del Sol II offers a large seasonally heated swimming pool with a brick paved deck and there's also a kiddy pool where the little ones can enjoy themselves. Comfortable chairs and sun loungers are available around the pool and there are restrooms and showers inside the cabana. Hacienda del Sol II also has an oceanfront sun deck overlooking the beach - a wonderful location to relax, read a book or just keep an eye on the children.
If sitting still is not for you, then, challenge the family to a game of shuffleboard on the court with a wonderful ocean view. Two large gas grills are available for use by the cabana, which also has a kitchen. Grill lunch or dinner for the family or a few friends and dine in the cabana. You may also borrow books from our mini-library in the cabana or sit and surf the web on our computer. Free Wi-Fi is available in each unit.

If your unit is not equipped with a laundry room, we have coin laundry facilities on every floor on both ends of the building.
