Двухкомнатная квартира студия в центре города на бульваре Марии Примаченко, 6А. Метро Дружбы Народов очень близко. Рядом с домом стоянка для авто. Хорошая транспортная развязка. Минут 15-ть вниз по улице Дружбы Народов и другая ветка метро станция Лыбедская. Там же "Океан Плаза" - самый большой ТРЦ, на сегодняшний день, в Украине.
В квартире диван и кровать, итого 2+2 спальных места для 4-х гостей. Санузел совмещен, душевая кабина. Балкон. Посуда, постельные принадлежности, полотенца, тапочки, бытовая техника, мебель, все имеется.
Квартира не прокурена, так как в самой квартире курить запрещено. Также запрещено: проживать с домашними животными, включать громко звук после 23:00, бросать на пол полотенца и вытирать ими обувь. При заселении взимается страховой депозит в сумме 1000 грн. Эта сумма возвращается при выселении если квартире и имуществу не нанесен материальный ущерб.
