Двухкомнатная квартира студия в центре Киева на улице Московская, 24. Дом расположен между двумя станциями метро красной и зеленой ветки - станция метро "Арсенальная" и станция метро "Печерская". Рядом супермаркет "Велика Кишеня", небольшой рынок возле самого супермаркета.
Сама квартира находится в теплом кирпичном доме, на третьем этаже. Есть балкон. Санузел совмещен но довольно просторный. В гостиной большой диван (раскладывается). В спальной двуспальная кровать. Всего спальных мест в квартире 2+2. Постельные принадлежности, полотенца, посуда, утюг, фен, чайник. Все имеется.
Квартира не прокурена, так как в самой квартире курить запрещено. Также запрещено: проживать с домашними животными, включать громко звук после 23:00, бросать на пол полотенца и вытирать ими обувь. При заселении взимается страховой депозит в сумме 1000 грн. Эта сумма возвращается при выселении если квартире и имуществу не нанесен материальный ущерб.
