EVERYTHING was GREAT! Lovely studio -- clean/tidy, well furnished, and so close (walkable) to interesting and enjoyable restaurants and bars. It was not the HIGH season, so it was calmer and quiet than summer beach times (which is what we were seeking). A good value too! Many thanks to the staff and our primary contact, Sarah. Sarah was so attentive and helpful to us. I would recommend excellent coffee at the small cafe directly behind the Ocean Inn (the owner sings Italian and French rap and hip-hop songs which is dope! LOL LOL). And Acme Low Country has excellent meals. Thank you for a wonderful rental experience. We shall return!
Perfect location. Clean and plenty of necessities provided. Beach wagon and boogy boards available for use. Close to everything and pool was super clean too.
We had a very short trip to Isle of Palms, but enjoyed every minute. Property was in a great location for a walk to the beach and great access to Sullivans Island and Charleston.
This is the third time weve stayed at this condo. Clean. Super comfy king bed. Love the area, the pool. Close to the beach, but far enough away from the crazy crowds.

We stayed in a studio apartment perfect for two people. It was clean and efficient. We wanted to wake up in 2023 at the beach. Ate at all the local restaurants. We will go back. I recommend this inn to stay at.

My husband and I went for a weekend get away for our 10 year anniversary. Great spot comfortable bed. We took our Bikes and rode everywhere. It was so much fun. Beth the property manager was so nice. I will stay here again.
Condo was exactly as described. Beth the property manger was easy to communicate with. Property was clean and well maintained. Extras there on arrival…coffee grounds and cookies. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Great place that I would definitely stay in agin.
This property was honestly perfect. Three of us stayed in the apartment (2 in bed, 1 on pull out couch) and it was super comfortable space-wise. The apartment was clean, practical, and in the best location possible - 5 min walk from every restaurant, the grocery store, and the beach. Beth is super easy to communicate with and it was a simple check-in and check-out. Not a boujee spot but awesome place to stay.

First and foremost, Beth is an outstanding Property Manager! Wonderful person that is just a phone call/text away. Everything imaginable is within two blocks of Ocean Inn - beach, great food, drinks, music, friendly locals, etc. We drove to Fort Moultrie that was a small island hop away. Walked the Marsh Trail off of Rifle Range Road early one morning. The birding was excellent. Take your binocs and book. No hitches. No glitches. Clean homey room with personal touches galore. Pros: This is a great location, centralized to most things. The layout is great with plenty of room for storage. Great bathroom and kitchen amenities.
Cons: sink in kitchen is small and the faucet too short to wash dishes easily. The bed is sagging on both sides and so loud when you get in, roll, or get out that it woke the other person.
Although advertised as a 4 person unit, the futon is slightly larger than a twin and not comfortable at all! We used a twin air mattress to solve the problem. The king bed in the bedroom is comfy but very squeaky. But very clean and well equipped!

The Ocean Inn is a small complex of 20 condos that features it’s own pool, free parking, and coined laundry. Just 20 steps away from this upstairs corner unit is an outdoor seating area with a grill and picnic table. It’s common for the guests in that area to congregate for happy hour and to throw burgers on the grill. The pool is on the other side of the building so when there is pool noise, you won’t hear it. When you open your front door, you might hear music coming from the waterfront area, but you won’t appreciate being a half block away until you go around the corner to the front and the music gets louder! (Staying ocean front isn’t always what it’s cracked up to be…sometimes beach hair DOES care!)
