The Sea Cabins are a perfect location for a beach get-a-way or couples vacation. This ocean front community offers private boardwalks to the beach, access to the fishing pier, a community pool, picnic areas with grills, and outdoor showers. The popular location along Isle of Palms Front Beach allows you to walk to restaurants, shops, and the County Park. Bicycles, mopeds, water sports, and beach umbrella/towel/chair rentals are available nearby.

This quaint, charming second floor unit includes everything needed to enjoy a beach vacation. The kitchen contains all items needed for a family meal. The living room, which contains a TV and queen sleeper sofa, boasts gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean. The bedroom features a queen bed, and there is added sleeping on two bunk beds in the hallway, which is great for small children.

Isle of Palms at it's best!

We very much enjoyed this beautiful and well-appointed condo. Exactly as shown and described. Spent a lot of the time sipping drinks on the porch in the gliding Adirondack chairs. Very peaceful and quiet, yet in the middle of the IOP shopping and dining district. We’ll be back!

Great getaway

We love staying in Isle of Palms because there are so many great local places to shop, eat and enjoy entertainment. The Sea Cabins are right on the water and the perfect size for a quiet getaway with your spouse. The condo was clean and as described.

It was exactly what we were looking for: ocean front, pool, easy access, close vicinity to Charleston. The kitchen was well stocked. The balcony had two "high" rocking chairs so you can see over the railing nicely, and a table between the two.

Overall, as advertised clean and very nice location, everything that was promised was available at the apartmen. only negative that we could mention was the functionality of the shower - was a little tricky to operate. Little water was coming and little bit of a smell when entering the apartment.

Considering how much you pay the view is not the ocean but a condo.Considering age needed updating is close.Like others you get a free coffee I did enjoy and an fair breakfast says at no charge but factored in the price.Next time I will stat away from the hotels and stay off the beach then pay to park to get most for my dollar,

Beautiful place on Isle of Palms

Clean condo with nice view of the ocean. Queen bed very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of extra linens and blankets. The twin beds are built into the hallway and are very narrow-only small children would fit. There is a nice pull out sofa bed. The balcony overlooks the parking lot but you do get a view of the water. We enjoyed our stay and were able to visit Charleston (20 minute drive), and the gorgeous Magnolia Plantation and Gardens (45 min drive). We also kayaked on IOP-very fun! Would stay again. If you have more than 2 people, it would be a tight fit.

IOP Paradise

Great property, just as described. Very clean condo located in 'downtown' IOP, we were able to walk to restaurants and entertainment. 2nd floor unit with a view of the beach, pier, and ocean. Beach was within a very short walking distance. Condo is quite small but very clean and nicely decorated. No smoking policy is enforced, which I like. Has been stocked with kitchen appliances and paper products, which is appreciated. Condo is an end unit which is nice because it's one less neighbor to hear. Only suggestion is to add blackout curtains in bedroom and hallway, as the outside light shines very brightly all night long.

We've been visiting Isle of Palms for 20 years, always staying at Sea Cabins. This is the best beach front property for the buck on IOP. All of the units are very small but have the amenities we need. We love the fishing pier right there on the property. The pool is small but a handy alternative from the beach The walking distance to beach shops, restaurants, grocery/liquor stores is a big plus! On site laundromat is super handy. We spend little time in the condo so the small size doesn't matter. 3rd floor has best ocean view but no elevator, so lots of stairs. I prefer 2nd floor which still has a good view. Sweetgrass Properties was wonderful to do business with. They were very responsive to all of our needs. We had a dead microwave oven and within a few hours they were there with a brand new one! Looking forward to doing business with them again!
