This Siesta Bayside Condo on Siesta Key offers a peaceful retreat with direct access to the world-renowned Siesta Key Beach, just an 8-minute walk away. The condo is located in a gated community with a private beach access gate shared with the Gulf & Bay Club. It features a spacious, single-floor layout with no units above, ensuring privacy and quiet, with water views from the private lanai.

Location: Walk to Siesta Key Beach via a private, locked gate. Siesta Key Village, with its dining and shopping options, is just a 5-minute drive away.
Amenities: Enjoy 2 heated pools, 2 tennis/pickleball courts, an exercise room, and scenic walking paths. The complex also provides a BBQ grilling area and a dock on the intracoastal bay for fishing.
Accommodations: The master bedroom includes a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and TV, while the guest room has two twin beds and a TV. The living room features a large flat-screen TV, a gel sleeper sofa, and access to the screened lanai with views of the fountain pond and lush landscaping.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar for four.
Convenience: The unit includes a private washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi, upgraded cable, and a detached garage. Beach accessories like chairs, an umbrella, and towels are provided, along with a beach wagon for easy transport.
Additional Information: Restrictions apply to certain vehicles: Many complexes do not allow boats, motorcycles, trailers, jet skis, kayaks, or golf carts. Some do not allow monster trucks. POOL CLOSURE:
The pool by the bay will be closed Aug 18 - Sept 24 (weather permitting) as they start their paving project. The other pool by the office will still be open for guests.

ROADWORK RESEALING:
The complex is resealing the main road throughout the property. Work is scheduled for Sept 22-25, 2026 (weather permitting). One side of the road will be done at a time. Each side will take 2 days to dry. Parking and accessibility will be affected.
