When you message me kindly introduce yourself, who you are traveling with in detail. If you have pets, what kind/weights. If anyone is a smoker. And why you want to reserve the space, the reason, occaision etc. Please understand that i am a small private owner. I am not a national hotel chain and any loss in revenue or damage affects my business. I put a lot of pride and passion into this propety and I am a local professional who is very responsive. Please do not ask to speak off Airbnb, that is the whole reason for this platform.

I really love this unit. It's one of 3 that I own here onsite. It's designed inspired, I love the art work. The unit is very beachy, it faces east, great sunrise light.. My high speed internet is 150mps, its super fast. I have a 50" flat screen with ROKU in the living room with local cable channels. The bedroom has a 32" TV with all the same goodies as my other tv. All my cabinets are full with utensils, plates, cups. I have huge leather sofas that we need to maintain without pet damage.

I put a lot of passion into this particular unit as I lived here full time at one point in my life. I have a standup shower in the bathroom.

Located in the charming mid modern century neighborhood of MiddleRiver. A beautiful well located residential neighborhood. Great to walk around in, there is actually a really beautiful river that runs through the middle of the neighborhood, with a community dock. . This 2 bedroom 1 bath property has luscious landscaping, mature tree growth and a private back patio and front patio as well. Its light and bright with plenty of windows, relaxing and fully furnished. Walking distance to Wilton Manors, a bike ride to Fort Lauderdale Beach and Las Olas. Located close to Publix, Whole Foods, shopping and nightlife. Pet friendly and plenty of parking .

Just like Home!

The property was exactly as pictured. Very clean, no bugs, plenty of kitchen ware and even a little food. I was very thankful for that little microwavable, macaroni and cheese dish I found in the closet. When we arrived, I was very hungry. My husband went to the store and I ate that to hold me over. We would definitely stay there again. Adam was very attentive and answered texts right away. I couldn’t find a hair dryer and he quickly showed up with one! He cares about his renters!

me and my wife stayed there 6 weeks, place was very nice, neat and clean, had a washer and dryer which we really appreciated, adam, is a very nice host, met us when we got there, give us his phone number and said call me if you need, anything, adam is a great host, would stay there again,

Good launching pad for the area

The apartment is spacious and has the basics we needed to use it as a home base on our visit to the area. It gets good light and is super convenient to grocery stores, parks and the beach. The beds are a bit hard but the rest of the apartment is comfortable!
