4 Couples on Golf Outing ... PERFECT

The property is almost brand new . very spacious for 4 couples . Each had own bedroom with ensuite Bathroom. Kitchen very well stocked everything you needed to cook in . Would definitely stay here again . Very nice , clean and well apointed amenities . David .

Great But One Improvement Would Help

House was in great condition both in cleanliness and efficiency of items in kitchen and quality of bedding, towels, etc. We do however wish there was a railing to the roof lounge. Steps there are very steep and the lighting is poor at best. The couch and fire pit are wonderful and it is a great place to relax and look at the stars.

We also loved the pool and hot tub and the pickle ball courts. The proximity to Snow Canyon was also a plus, it is so beautiful up there. We rented bikes and road through the canyon. It was amazing. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

The house was in a perfect location (easy to access other courses in the area). The house was very clean and set up perfectly with all necessary amenities. The only suggestion we have is that every bedroom should have blinds on every window ( for blackout sleeping). We will definitely use Dan again for our next golf outing to St. George.

The Ledges is an ideal location in the St George area - not too far from town but far enough out of the city to enjoy the spectacular landscape and the star-lit sky. This home was tastefully decorated with beautiful decor and high-quality cookware, as well as nice linens and bedding. Also extremely well organized in terms of inventory. It was impeccably clean and so inviting to return to after a day of exploring this gorgeous part of the USA. It was the perfect "home away from home" when visiting St George. A shout-out also to Kimber for her exemplary customer service! Thank you! We will be back!
