Villa Amarela is a beautiful, spacious villa with private pool

The villa near Boliqueime has 4 bedrooms and has capacity for 8 people. It is located a few minutes drive from the sea.



This elegant villa offers peace and tranquility but is ideally located just a few minutes drive from all amenities.

Built on a hill-side, the villa has great views from the rear terrace and offers lots of space, ideal for families.

Entering the villa the bright entrance hall leads to the beautiful fully fitted kitchen which offers electric oven and hob, micro wave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and electric kettle.

The large living area has dining table and chairs, flat screen TV and double patio doors leading on to the terrace, gardens and swimming pool.

There are 2 bedrooms on this floor; one with double bed and the other with twin single beds. There are also 2 bathrooms.

These bedrooms share a large terrace which offers stunning views over the local countryside.

Stairs lead to the lower level which has 2 further bedrooms, again one with double bed and the other with twin single beds and 2 bathrooms. These bedrooms lead out on to a shared terrace.

All bedrooms have lots of wardrobe space.

The living room and bedrooms have air conditioning.

Travel cots are 25 Euros per reservation and baby chairs 10 Euros per reservation.

One of the great features of this villa is the stunning BBQ area which is raised and overlooks the swimming pool. The pretty gardens are well established with pretty plants and local shrubs.

Please note the villa is accessed by steps or a slope so is probably not ideal for people with mobile difficulties.

A car is really needed when staying at this villa.

This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay.

Everything was to our liking. The Villas Duma service was as always impeccable: easy, quick friendly booking and check-in/check-out. Thanks Helen and co! The villa Amarela is simply amazing: spacious but not too huge to get lost, clean, quiet location, comfy beds. The pool is not heating and still cool in the end of May yet kids enjoyed it.

Amazing Villa for a family vacation

The villa was very well kept, with a beautiful back yard and large pool. The rooms are all very spacious as is the living room area and kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and the refrigerator is very large wich is always good. The pool area has plenty of loungers and chairs to enjoy your time poolside. It was a bit of a shame that the pool has no sun exposure in the later afternoon but we enjoyed the hot weather anyway. Honestly I found everything to be acceptable .

Huge comfortable house, feel just like home!

We enjoyed spending our vacation in Algarve in this beautiful house! Everything was according to our expectations, juste a little negative point that takes away the 5th star, when we arrived at the house, altough we had advise our time of arrival, we had to wait almost half and hour on the street before being let in, which was a little annoying especially with two very young kids who wanted to go in to explore their new home for the week! Pedro was very nice and offered many informations, I guess he just has too much on his plate to be on time! Otherwise, nothing was missing to make our stay enjoyable! Thanks, we recommend your house to anyone wanting to visit the region, it’s nice to come back and relax around the pool and have dinner outside after a full day visiting, especially with toddlers!!!

Wunderbare zwei Wochen

Wir hatten wegen eines Flug Streiks grosse Probleme mit der Anreise und die Ferienhaus Agentur war sehr flexibel und hat uns den Zugang, trotz verspäteter Anreise, unkompliziert ermöglicht. Generell war die Kommunikation und die Hilfe der Fereinhaus Agentur exzellent. Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gefallen. Der direkte Zugang von der Küche und dem Wohnzimmer auf die Terrasse und zum Pool ist sehr praktisch. Jeden Morgen haben wir auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt. Der Garten und der Pool mit den vielen Sonnenliegen ist so einladend, dass wir viele Tage und Stunden diesen Bereich genossen haben. Sehr praktisch waren auch die vier Schlafzimmer mit ihren jeweils eigenen Bädern. Die Küche ist mit allen Geräten ausgestattet, die heutzutage gerne genutzt werden, inklusive einem großen Kühlschrank mit Eisspender. Einige Küchenutensilien wie Pfannen und Pfannenbesteck könnten mehr vorhanden sein, aber für unseren Urlaub hat es gereicht. Die Zimmeraufteilung war uns mit dem Inserat nicht ganz klar. Aber sie ist im Grunde einfach. Die Einfahrt auf das Grundstück ist über ein großes Tor möglich und wird über eine Fernbedienung gesteuert. Dann gibt es rechts ein Car Port, aber auch eine Auffahrt, wo ein oder mehrere Fahrzeuge auf dem Grundstück abgestellt werden können. Auf dieser Ebene der Einfahrt befinden sich zwei der Schlafzimmer. Links vom Haus geht man über Stufen oder eine Rampe (auch Rollator geeignet) auf die obere Ebene. Hier befindet sich der Hauseingang, der Garten, der Pool und die Haupträume wie die Küche, das Wohnzimmer, weitere zwei Schlafzimmer direkt mit einer großen Terrasse und ein Gäste-WC. Die Lage des Ferienhauses fanden wir auch optimal. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie ALDI oder Intermarche sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Strände und auch Ausgehviertel wie das Albufeira Old Town sind mit dem PKW in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Wir möchten uns nochmal bei dem ganzen Team und auch bei Luis für die gute Betreuung bedanken.

I have nothing but praise for this Villa. The location to the pool was in perfect order and provided for our every need for a wonderful fulfilling rest and vacation. It is centrally located in the Algarve so it is easy to go east or west for day trips. We have fallen in love with the Algarve and Portugal. Pedro was amazing at taking care of every detail. I will be highly recommending this property to all my friends who travel. The car hire company that VillasDuma arranged met us at the train station with our car and then again upon leaving. The instructions given from the train station to the Villa was on point and we drive straight there. Driving in the Algarve is easy with google maps. We plan to return with more family members next time

We had a wonderfull stay here and enjoyed all the luxury this big villa had to offer! Some minor thinks the owner should take a look at in order to keep thinks like they are. The camera’s who are everywhere around the house we experienced as a negative thing!! Also the maintenance people who came over quite regular should have ringed the bell first.

Sehr schönes Haus, Super Service => wir können es zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Service. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin, Helen war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. z.B. als uns an einem Samstagabend der Sonnenschirm kaputt ging, sind nach 2h Handwerker da gewesen. Es wäre schön, wenn die nicht beworbene aber vorhandene Markise über der Terrasse nutzbar wäre. Am Pool ist nur ein Sonnenschirm, bei 8x Liegen sollte ein weiterer vorhanden sein.
