Beautiful Restored Algarve Typical Farmhouse, With Private Pool And Sea Views

Beautiful restored typical Algarvian Formhouse. Once a delightful family home, a two storey villa has retained a homely atmosphere. Situated in a peaceful location, with outstanding views of the surrounding areas (Faro, Quarteira, Almancil and the sea), it is quiet and tranquil without being totally isolated. The villa has excellent facilities and is comfortable, spacious, and decorated in an authentic rustic style. Rooms are furnished to a high standard and the lounge has lovely French doors that lead on to an attractive shady area and to the lovely garden, good sized swinming pool, with a coverd barbecue area and children´s swing and slide shaded by olive tree. The beach resorts of Vale do Lobo and Vilamoura are about a 10m drive making this villa a great base for a larger group who want plenty of choice of activities and spacious property. The villa is close to plenty of very good restaurants and supermarkets.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check-out is until 10am (unless a late check-out has been previously arranged and paid for ) The guest is responsible to dispose of all trash in side villa to the appropriate public bins in the street
Check that no personal belongings have been left behind. Place all white towels and pool towels in the laundry. Do not remove the bed sheets or covers -our housekeeping team will handle that.
Leave both set of keys on the table in the entrance Hall Ensure that all water taps are closed Switch off all lights electrical appliances and air conditioning Close all doors windows and Umbrellas
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
