About this property

Situated within the St James complex in Praia da Luz the apartment is fully furnished and well equipped for an enjoyable self-catering holiday. There is a balcony area overlooking the pool area and with sea views, including external furniture. The apartment itself is air conditioned throughout for added comfort. The town centre and beach front are less than a 5 minute walk away. There are plenty of golf courses to choose from in the western Algarve the closest being the BoaVista golf complex less than a 5 minute drive away. The complex offers a full size communal pool and adjoining children’s pool including all lounging furniture and full time life guard in attendance (Seasonal). The complex also has an on site restaurant and bank. The Apartment is registered with the Portuguese Tourist Licence Ref AL9347. The apartment has full Wi-Fi access and full UK TV. There is ample parking to the rear of the apartment itself.

Perfect stay in very nice apartment

Nice flat, well furnished and equipped, good situation but no view to the pool as described, but no problem because we had partly sea view and that is far to prefer to a pool view. Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommended!

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief sehr gut. Einzig die Küche (Schränke und jegliches Geschirr) war recht dreckig. Wir empfehlen eine Geschirrspülmaschine und einen Staubsaugerfür die Gäste bereit zu stellen.

Boa opção de alojamento na praia da luz

O apt. correspondeu às nossas expectativas, muito espaçoso e confortável, num condomínio com uma agradável piscina. Fica localizado a cerca de 700 metros da praia, pelo que não houve necessidade de usar carro, e cada um ia a pé para a praia ao seu horário. Tem supermercados proximo e estacionamento muito fácil à porta. Tem ar condicionado, que aliás só utilizamos no primeiro dia que estava bastante quente, Os contactos com os anfitriões foram sempre impecáveis. Foi o nosso primeiro ano de férias na Luz, gostamos todos, e iremos repetir seguramente. Recomendo vivamente
