Superb Villa 10 Mins From Carvoeiro & Beach, near Silves Golf, Totally Private

The main pool can be heated and set to your perfect swimming temperature which makes holidays any time of year extra special.
The pools have discreet safety gates to protect toddlers and young children that are non swimmers, the added bonus is that there is a 25 metre garden area from the villa giving the extra protection of distance. The pool can be floodlit plus lighting throughout the beautiful gardens making evenings particularly spectacular, what could be better than to cook a fantastic meal on a huge charcoal BBQ with your own food and drink, then enjoy on a covered patio, after which those that are energetic can play ping pong or a game on the pool table or while away the evening under the stars playing cards or board games or chill in the summerhouse and just chat or play music as loud as you like, there are no other holidaymakers to upset (nor are there any to annoy you), then drift off to sleep in a King Size bedroom air conditioned to perfection.
During the day Basketball, Football, Boules/Pétanque, Badminton, Rifle shooting (air gun) etc re all available and all free and exclusively for you, note; the rifle shooting is in a separate area within our two and a half acre boundaries but away from the main groomed garden and must be supervised by a responsible adult after a brief induction, for safety reasons the rifle not stored within the villa.
Seating is in different areas throughout the garden complemented by a new poolside bar which is unstaffed and solely for your use, a relaxing glass of whatever takes your fancy and a midnight dip in the warm water sometimes becomes irresistible!
On arrival day a fabulous welcome pack greets all our guests and ensures you do not go to bed hungry or thirsty after a hard day travelling. A fully prepared BBQ ready for you to cook with charcoal laid under a scrupulously clean griddle is available as an optional extra, we give you a choice of quality food with succulent prime meat for main course served with beer or soft drinks plus pre select your preferred wine type, starter and dessert included, details on request.
We live nearby at the gatehouse and cannot oversee nor overhear any of your private area and never interfere except for essential cleaning and maintenance at regular timed intervals but we are on hand in case of breakdowns or you run out of something essential or maybe you need advice about best eateries for example, there are no uncaring agents to deal with, occasionally things go wrong we deal with them immediately.
The historic city of Silves is beautiful, once the capital of the Algarve then a separate state to Portugal, the city is dominated by its castle, wander the cobbled streets, visit the market and try one of the many bars and cafes, here you can eat the most delicious Chicken Piri Piri that tastes so delicious and it's nothing like the copied version of Nandos sold in the UK.
Luckily one of the best restaurants in the Algarve the famous O'Barradas (great for celebratory meals) is only a short stroll away or one minute by car, lovely fish and veal.
Carvoeiro with its busy nightlife and the beach is 10 mins by car, favourite beaches include Albandeira, Benagil and Praia da Marinha, all are stunningly dramatic and beautiful.
Our coakstline between Armacao de Pera and Praia da Rocha is the most beautiful in the Algarve, possibly the world, there are breathtaking cliff top walks and hidden coves to explore along with an abundance of restaurants to sample.
Golf; three courses within 5 minutes, Silves, Gramacho and Val da Pinta, lots more within a 15 minute drive radius.
Waterparks; the brilliant Slide and Splash is 5 mins away, also very good is Aqualand 8 mins away, check them out online.
Finally we know the best local restaurants where a 3 course meal with half a litre of wine and coffee can be had for under £15!
WiFi is up to 200 Mbps in the villa lounge, poolside still a very capable 25 Mbps.
Car hire is advisable, but with Uber readily available it is doable without a car.
