About this property

Villa Serena - stunning 4 bed with sea views, A/C, heatable pool

This beautiful 4 bedroom villa with private pool and air conditioning throughout is situated in the residential area of Cerro Grande.
It has been furnished to a high standard and comprises of large open plan living/dining room with large patio doors leading to shady terrace with table and chairs overlooking the pool which is perfect for dining al-fresco.

On the lower level is a galley kitchen, with separate laundry room and additional fridge/freezer. There is also a shower room on this level.
The upstairs comprises of 2 double bedrooms, 1 with an en-suite shower room and 1 twin bedroom. Also a spacious separate bathroom. There is also access to a large roof terrace, giving fantastic views sea views. This is accessed by stairs and a door that can be locked.

Some steps lead down from the terrace to the stunning infinity swimming pool and beautiful gardens. There is also a comfortable seating area to one side of the villa and also a brick built BBQ the other side.
The pool heating is at an extra charge.

Great villa and location

The property was a lovely size and well presented, we had a great time here. The managing agents were great and sheets / towels were changed after a week. Very much looking forward to coming back.

Fantastic stay at Villa Serena! Everything was perfect. The villa is very clean and well equipped. You don't have to worry about forgetting essentials or having to stock up on supplies, as there is everything you need. The supermarket around the corner was perfect for getting food and drink in, and had plenty of fresh goods too.The garden and pool were perfect for relaxing in. The area was generally very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful sea view too.Can't beat the location - short walk to the beach and old town. Hopefully this place is available on my next stay in Albufeira!
