4 Bed Private Premier Villa in Private Walled Gardens and large Pool/ jacuzzi

Palm tree villa is an ideal base to enjoy the many surprises that fascinating Dalyan has to offer all ages and energy levels. The surrounding area is a designated nature conservation area, it has ancient rock tombs, a 6km undeveloped beach with turtles , a 40km long lake and a ancient city (from the time of Troy). There are mud baths, diving, mountain biking, fishing, boat trips, climbing, walking and other trips are all available locally if you can drag yourself out of the Jacuzzi or kosk!(turkish raised seating area) Palm tree villa is our dream holiday home with all the amenities and luxuries we feel are essential for a fabulous care-free holiday and we are sure our guests will love it as much as we do! We have , and continue to upgrade the villa to keep it fresh and up to date. ( new balcony furniture , new blue lounger/seat mats , new air conditioning units and a new front door in 2023) It has been designed and built with space and luxury in mind inside and outside the villa and is on a large 1100 metre plot with extensive gardens. We include a welcome pack for our guests to start their stay. We now have the mandatory TURSAB licence as is now law.

We are a very busy family myself being property developer and my wife a headteacher. We have two children now 21 and 16 and a grandson having his first visit this summer and we all fell in love with Dalyan about 13 years ago.We holiday with friends or by ourselves and Dalyan and Turkey has never ending places to discover and enjoy. We love the people the setting and the 'do what you want when you want' carefree atmosphere.

Why they chose this property

We helped in the design of the property in 2006 and the villa was built in 2007 to exacting standards by Dalyan's premier builder Oruc construction.The villa is extremely spacious and has everything you require for a luxury private holiday.Dalyan is an extremely friendly and safe place with a strong community spirit and trustworthyness adding to it's appeal.We are located in a mainly Turkish area with the villa located in private walled grounds with mature fruit trees and palms.Good restaurants and shops are nearby within a few mins walk and boats to the beach are also easily accessible. We love being able to do as much or as little as we want when we visit. Please have a look at the reviews on trip advisor!

Palm tree villa is extremely private,has spectacular views,a large 12.5 mt pool with jacuzzi,a bar/turkish Kosk outside seating area and extensive grounds.It has all your needs catered for inside and out for an unforgettable holiday. We absolutely adore the villa and our guests agree.
