Very nice,well équipped and superb views

We had a very nice stay. All bedrooms are large, well equipped with the top having the best view of them all. The rest of the house is great as well. Plenty room everywhere. Louise has been very responsive to any question before and during our stay. Highly recommended.

geräumiges Haus mit Ausblick

Großes Reihenmittelhaus mit tollem Ausblick auf die Berge. Balkone bei allen Schlafzimmern. Zentral gelegen, so dass alle Aktivitäten gut erreicht werden können. Ausstattung war gut, der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin problemlos. Gerne wieder.

Ideale vakantiewoning voor max 8 pers, verdeeld over 4 etages. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Ideaal de gratis ski bus op 50 meter. Misschien heel klein minpunt dat er slechts 1 parkeerplaats beschikbaar is.

Great location for skiing

Excellent location for skiing several spots in the region. Town is a short walk and bus service is convenient. you have several places to ski which is nice for days where the weather prevents glacier access. The property has several floors and space. Kitchen has about everything you need. There is one parking spot which was just fine for us. Overall a great comfortable stay, sure hope to return one day. Kaprun is a great place to visit, slower pace and without the hustle of Zel

Un très beau séjour

Tout s'est bien passé. Nous avons apprécié le chalet fleuri, le confort, l'équipement et les promenades qu'on a pu faire tout autour. La région est très belle. Nous nous sommes bien reposés au chalet. Mais nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la salle multi média et du sauna (les pièces sont froides). Pas de repassage possible car le fil du fer à repasser est détruit. Pouvons-nous recevoir le remboursement de la garantie au compte : BE432100066769701 à mon nom. Merci beaucoup. Bien cordialement. Fantastisch huis voor groepen of (grote families)

Erg ruim. 4 toiletten, 2 badkamers, een fraaie woonkamer en een fantastische film/gamekamer in de kelder. Ook de verwarmde sikschoenenopslag in de kelder is erg prettig. De skibus stopt bijna voor het huis en brengt je in een paar minuten naar een halte waar je met andere bussen zowel naar Zell am See en de kitzsteinhorn kunt. Het huis ligt vlakbij het mooie centrum van kaprun en is dus ook een ideale uitvalsbasis voor mensen die zowel in Zell am See als in kaprun op de kitzsteinhorn of de Maiskogel willen skiën. Kortom, een geweldig huis!

Tolles Haus!

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir waren zwei Familien mit jeweils vier Personen, hatten genug Platz und haben uns auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick von den Balkonen in die Landschaft ist traumhaft schön. Die Lage vom Haus ist auch toll, der Skibus hält in 50m Entfernung! Auch der Weg zu Fuß in den Ort ist kein Problem. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter!

The place is amazing

Cleaning: 10/10 Location: 10/10 Nearist supermarket 600 meter Facilities:10/10 > washing machine, Dryer, Dish washer, Hair dryer There are 3 amazing balcony you can enjoy the beauty of the mountains. There is a good space for children in the house that they can play. Actually in this house you will feel exactly like home ❤ Louise (The House owner) is more than amazing she's so cooperative and nice. The only thing i didn't like is the house keeper entered the house two times without taking permission!!! And i think Louise will solve this issue. The house is better 100 times than the pictures. Highly recommended. Thanks Louise again.

Kaprun Holiday

Schmitten View is great accommodation, exactly as listed- spacious, very clean and modern and comfortable, with all mod cons and very warm. Sauna was a lovely bonus after a hard day on the slopes. Also fantastic views across the valley. And local village bus service very close to house and frequent to the town. A lovely place for a ski holiday. Owners had left lots of useful information, Thanks for a great stay.
