Very nice, well équipped and superb views

We had a very nice stay. All bedrooms are large, well equipped with the top having the best view of them all. The rest of the house is great as well. Plenty room everywhere. Louise has been very responsive to any question before and during our stay. Highly recommended.

Gerne wieder.

Leuke familie woning

Great location for skiing

Excellent location for skiing several spots in the region. Town is a short walk and bus service is convenient. you have several places to ski which is nice for days where the weather prevents glacier access. The property has several floors and space. Kitchen has about everything you need. There is one parking spot which was just fine for us. Overall a great comfortable stay, sure hope to return one day. Kaprun is a great place to visit, slower pace and without the hustle of Zel

Merci beaucoup. Bien cordialement. Kaprun

Great location within walking distance of Kaprun town centre and easy drive to local attractions especially the beautiful Zellamsee. House is comfortable with all the amenities we required for our stay.

Fantastisch huis voor groepen of (grote families)

Erg ruim.

Thank you for your detailed review, Hendrik. We agree that the house is in a perfect position from which to ski or walk/cycle in the mountains during the summer. We are proud of the condition of our house as we do all the decorating and make many of the furnishings ourselves. So thank you for looking after it . We welcome guests like you! Louise

Tolles Haus!

Thank you Jessica for this lovely review! We loved your sense of humour in the visitors' book! We think we have the best position in Kaprun for views, ski bus, and access to the town. We added a lot of new furnishings and completely redecorated the house just before your visit and are happy that you approve! Do think about coming in the summer. We love to swim in the lake at Zell and cycle along the valleys then , amongst other things. Please contact me at any time you wish to return. You will be very welcome! Louise

The place is amazing

Cleaning: 10/10 Location: 10/10 Nearist supermarket 600 meter Facilities:10/10 > washing machine, Dryer, Dish washer, Hair dryer There are 3 amazing balcony you can enjoy the beauty of the mountains. There is a good space for children in the house that they can play. Actually in this house you will feel exactly like home ❤ Louise (The House owner) is more than amazing she's so cooperative and nice. The only thing i didn't like is the house keeper entered the house two times without taking permission!!! And i think Louise will solve this issue. The house is better 100 times than the pictures. Highly recommended. Thanks Louise again.

Kaprun Holiday

Schmitten View is great accommodation, exactly as listed- spacious, very clean and modern and comfortable, with all mod cons and very warm. Sauna was a lovely bonus after a hard day on the slopes. Also fantastic views across the valley. And local village bus service very close to house and frequent to the town. A lovely place for a ski holiday. Owners had left lots of useful information, Thanks for a great stay.
