Superb apartment

Very luxury apartment, large, clean and well finished and decorated.Less than 5 min walk from city center and 7 min to ski elevator (where you can rent a depot for your ski storage).

A great place to spend a week in lovely Kaprun. The apartment was really well equipped, clean and modern. We used the kitchen to eat in a few times and made use of all the bedrooms and bathrooms. The balcony was lovely to sit with a glass of wine and view the mountains behind. We used the pool a number of times and often found we were the only family in there. We also used the laundry room - speak to the staff in the office for any info. Comms with the owner were always quick and helpful too

Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön, groß und gemütlich. Leider liegt die Unterkunft an einer viel befahrenen Straße... so dass wir nicht die erhoffte Ruhe fanden.

Het appartement is perfect ingedeeld voor verblijf met een groep. Erg schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Sauna, zwembad en heerlijk restaurant zitten in het complex. Zeker een aanrader!

Een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit fantastische appartement. Het is ruim opgezet, mooi ingericht en helemaal compleet. Je kan ook gebruik maken van het heerlijke binnen zwembad. Niks zal je ontbreken tijdens je verblijf. De parkeergarage, skiruimte en zwembad zijn allemaal binnendoor te bereiken is. De ligging van het appartement is goed, alles is makkelijk te bereiken lopend of via de skibus die voor de deur stopt. Ook het contact met de eigenaar verloopt allemaal soepel en snel response

Super schöne Unterkunft!

Perfekte Bleibe für unseren Skiurlaub als Familie mit 4 Teenagern. Genug Platz für alle! Großer Esstisch mit Eckbank war toll für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten (Küche ist super ausgestattet!) und Spieleabende. Nach dem Skifahren haben wir die hauseigene Sauna und die 2 großen Sofas sehr genossen. Haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt!

Fabelhafte Unterkunft mit stylischer Einrichtung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt (Tiefgaragenstellplatz, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Bademäntel, Kochutensilien, Wasserkocher, Toaster und vieles mehr). Das Apartment verfügt über einen Kamin, den wir gern genutzt haben. Die Lage ist super, um die wunderbare Gegend zu erkunden. Vielen Dank an unseren Vermieter, der schnell auch Probleme löst. Super Kommunikation. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Perfect getaway for an extended family of 6

Incredible apartment, fresh, clean and welcoming for a family of 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 children (11 and 4) simply perfect. Fully furnished with everything needed for a relaxing holiday, even coffee tabs were provided for free (thank-you E.!!) Having an indoor pool downstairs was a delightful joy for the kids. Easy parking, easy access to local and regional attractions. Cannot fault this beautiful apartment which catered perfectly to our extended family's needs - will come again
