11TH FLOOR STUDIO APARTMENT (SLEEPS 2 ADULTS / 2 adults & 1 CHILD), INSIDE THE PISCIS BUILDING WITH 24 HR RECEPTION AND AMPLE LIFTS, IN THE GAMMONAL AREA OF BENALMADENA WITH AN EXPERIENCED LOCAL ENGLISH SPEAKING MANAGER.

FREE apartment clean and fresh bed linen and towels before your arrival and after departure...... FREE cooling & heating...... FREE electricity & hot water...... FREE cable tv...... FREE use of travel cot & portable highchair.

LOUNGE AREA: with 2 single beds and 1 single fold up bed, mirror fronted fitted wardrobe, a safe, flat screen cable TV (BBC 1 & 2, ITV 1/2/3, Eurosport, Skysport & 2 movie channels plus more) and dvd & radio/cd players.

SEPARATE KITCHEN: fully equipped with microwave, 2-ring hob, fridge and kettle and toaster and all utensils.



BATHROOM: fully renovated bathroom with toilet , sink with mirror, walk in shower and a new washing machine. Towels ptohided free of charge.

Your apartment is situated in the heart of the colourful Arroyo de la Miel area of Benalmadena. Very central. Close to Bonanza Square. Car unnecessary.

2 minutes' walk to a large number of restaurants, cafes, bars, fast food outlets, supermarkets and shops. 5 minutes' walk to the local bus and train services, which are cheap, efficient and easy to use. Surrounded by lots of local attractions.

AMAZINGLY, only £2.50 transfer from INSIDE the airport, by train, to Benalmadena. Now walk for 10 minutes and you are at your apartment OR there is a taxi stationed immediately outside the Benalmadena-Arroyo de la Miel train station and for about 5 Euros you can be driven to your apartment.

Our stay at Jeff’s apartment was really really good. Great location lovely pool and kiosk that was well stocked. Perhaps new pillows would be a bonus as they were very hard but just a suggestion. Thank you Jeff. Wonderful stay

The apartment had a fantastic view it was clean and suitable for our needs.The pool was good and the lads who ran the bar were so friendly.Jeff was brilliant and made time to check out how we were.I would highly recommend staying here.

Great place, everything you need and more!

Lovely,clean apartment. Friendly, attentive owner and reception staff made our stay a most enjoyable one, definitely intend to return again. A special thanks to Jeff (owner) for excellent communication and for the little extra touches that made our stay so enjoyable like ensuring there was fresh milk in the fridge for our arrival for that much needed cuppa after a long journey.10 out of 10 all round.

Had a great second stay in this apartment. It is basic but great value for money and in a fantastic location. The only issue I had was having to queue each day for an umberella at the pool, there are plenty of sunbeds but not enough umberellas.

It was advertised as one bedroom, but it was a small bedsit. There is no balcony which was dissapointing. The property was clean and only a five minute walk from retaurants and bars.

Just got back from staying in this studio apartment it was absolutely lovely. Clean well equipped every thing you need for a pleasent stay plenty of blankets and pillows. Apartment is a lot bigger than what the photos actually show. Brilliant location 15 min walk down to beach or 5 min to town. Plenty of bars and restaurants. 10 min walk from Arroyo train station. wifi English TV channels. Gorgeous views over the mountains and sea view. The owner Geoff was a lovely host very welcoming nothing was to much trouble. Could easily contact him if we needed to. Apartments them selves kepted clean. Would deffinetly recommend to anyone who is wanting a cheap no frills holiday. I Would deffinetly book again.Only reason I didn't give it a 5 was because the pool was closed until the end of May. Which was a shame because it looks a lovely pool. Thank you yet again for letting us stay... Kev ,Tracey

Apartamento en buen estado, con todo lo necesario. Cocina con menaje, televisión, aire acondicionado, toldo .... La piscina también más que aceptable. La playa está a 15 minutos cuesta abajo que luego toca subir, es la única 'pega' que tiene. El trato con Jeff fue perfecto. Recomendable!

Fantastic Location

Arrived early but were able to access the property just after 1pm. Jeff was there to meet us and was very helpful and made us feel very welcome and explained all that we needed to know about the apartment. He set up the wi-fi which was a real godsend. The apartment was clean and had everything we need. Didn't watch much tv but it was available. Great shower which is very important. Located just a 5 min walk from Bonanza square and very close to the Arroya where we spent a fair bit of time. Bus stops are nearby and the railway station at the Arroya is about 10 minutes walk. Would recommend to couples looking for a good base if staying in the area.

We have been in property rental over 23 years. We live and have lived nearly 25 years in Spain and know the area very well. We live in the center of the town about 10 minutes walk from the apartment . We are not absent landlords and are always available to help our guests to enjoy their stay with us.

Why they chose this property

This property is centrally located and is close to all amenities. Bar and restaurants and famous Bonanza square are within a walking distance from the apartment. Train station 10 minutes walk from the apartment . Trains run every 20 minutes to Malaga which cost very little, about 3.50 Euros return.

The property enjoys a spectacular views of the sea and mountain. The property is equipped with air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter. There is wifi in the property for the use of the guests.
