The area is designated a conservation area and is covered with woodland where access is allowed for unrestricted walks. Lac Neil is situated close by and also affords views of wild life and fishing. The garden provides a safe play area for children and alfresco dining in seclusion on summer evenings.
Located in Guitte is a local shop where you can purchase fresh bread etc, and a friendly bar. Intermarche supermarket is located in Caulnes about 10 minutes drive away. Dinan can be visited in 20 minutes with open air swimming pool located there in Leon right by the Church and canal. Please call for any queries or questions about the house and the beautiful area.

Georgia and I have always spent our precious holidays in France, dreamt of owning our own special place. Now we have it in La Hannelais, we always feel at home there and enjoy the feeling of seclusion, and room to live in La Haanelas. We are both full time employed in UK so are unable to spend as much time there as we would. Our time there spent with our children reminds us so much of our own childhood and brings back forgotten memories.
