Excellent comunication. House very spacious, clean, with everything you need. In ideal location with patisserie and supermarket just minutes walk away. Lots of places to visit within a half hour drive.Excellent value for money.

Great location, big house

Great location, with restaurants, bakery and groceries just around the corner. Easy to get to Great walks and popular tourist destinations. The house is big and the kitchen has everything you need. The courtyard is cosy and private. The only slight downside is that the bathroom is quite old and the bedrooms are very sparsely decorated.

Superbe maison familiale de style traditionnel breton, proche de Dinan (20min à pieds), avec des commerces dans le bourg. Pratique on y trouve tout pour passer un bon séjour. 4 chambres en haut, une chambre/bureau en bas, un jardin avec grandes tables et parasols. Les lits sont confortables. Nous avons eu une bonne communication avec les propriétaires. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir !

Grande maison avec jardin dans impasse calme, au cœur de Lanvallay. Service impeccable pour les draps, serviettes, linge de maison. Que vous cherchiez un plat à gratin, des coupes à glaces ou un couteau à huîtres, tout y est!De grandes chambres lumineuses qui donnent sur le jardin. Transats, barbecue, lave linge, sèche-linge, jeux de société, jeux d’extérieur, table de long pong… Un excellent séjour et une maison au top.Une hôte très agréable…

Une grande maison des 5 chambres, un grand salon, un extérieur que demander de plus pour profiter de ces vacances. Propriétaire à l'écoute et très gentille. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances, tristes de partir, on se sent comme à la maison mais nous reprendrons cette maison lors de notre prochain séjour en Bretagne !

Grande maison parfaite pour notre groupe de 5, très calme, avec des lits/matelas très confortables, une grande salle de bain, 2 WC, une grande surface à 5 minutes à pied. Propriétaires très sympas et disponibles. Tout s'est très bien passé.

Grand week end en famille

Séjour très agréable. Le logement est très bien équipé. Il n y manque rien. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Le jardin est très très agréable. Les commerces sont très proches. Promenade agréable aussi à proximité. Le seul bémol est l unique salle de bain à l étage avec baignoire, non accessible pour personne a mobilité reduite.

Super sejour dans cette maison à Lanvallay

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Lanvallay. La propriétaire du gîte est vraiment très gentille, au petit soin pour ses locataires. La maison est vraiment parfaite pour un groupe d amis comme nous ou pour une réunion familiale. Nous avons fait de belles randonnées en partant à pied de la maison. Tout était parfait à recommander
