Great location, big house

Great location, with restaurants, bakery and groceries just around the corner. Easy to get to Great walks and popular tourist destinations. The house is big and the kitchen has everything you need. The courtyard is cosy and private. The only slight downside is that the bathroom is quite old and the bedrooms are very sparsely decorated.

Que vous cherchiez un plat à gratin, des coupes à glaces ou un couteau à huîtres, tout y est!De grandes chambres lumineuses qui donnent sur le jardin. Une grande maison des 5 chambres, un grand salon, un extérieur que demander de plus pour profiter de ces vacances. Propriétaire à l'écoute et très gentille. Séjour très agréable. Le logement est très bien équipé. Il n y manque rien. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Le jardin est très très agréable. Les commerces sont très proches. Promenade agréable aussi à proximité. Le seul bémol est l unique salle de bain à l étage avec baignoire, non accessible pour personne a mobilité reduite.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Lanvallay. La propriétaire du gîte est vraiment très gentille, au petit soin pour ses locataires. La maison est vraiment parfaite pour un groupe d amis comme nous ou pour une réunion familiale. Nous avons fait de belles randonnées en partant à pied de la maison. Tout était parfait à recommander

Une maison grande et très bien équipée

Nous étions nombreux mais chacun à trouvé sa place, avec à l'étage 3 chambres grand lit et une chambre 4 matelas idéal pour une famille avec petits enfants.. Au rez-de-chaussée une 5 ème chambre utilisée par les parents.. très pratique. Salle de bain WC séparé en haut. WC avec lavabo en bas. Finalement ça suffit pour 9 avec un peu d'organisation... Très belle région, nombreuses visites proches, de 20 à 45 minutes, il y en a pour tous les goûts, château , phare,zoo, musée... Dinan tout proche est déjà très sympa avec sa ville historique,son château et ses restaurants.. Quant à Lanvallay, boulangerie à deux pas, supermarché accessible à pied... que demander de plus, avec une maison très bien équipée et des propriétaires sympa...

Séjour à Lanvallay pour la fête des remparts de Dinan

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette grande maison de Lanvallay. L'accès à Dinan peut se faire à pieds ce qui nous a permis de pleinement profiter de la fête des remparts sans problème de stationnement. De plus plusieurs commerces à proximité, nous voulions un grand week-end sans voiture pour se retrouver en famille, ce fut une réussite ! La propriétaire est très agréable et tout s'est passé dans la simplicité et la bonne humeur !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison familiale, idéalement située près des commerces et des balades accessibles à pied.
