Located in best area of marina and on top floor so more private. 1 min to shops/restaurants, 3 mins to beach, 3 mins to centre of Lagos. 2 beds, 1 bathroom, large living room, galley kitchen (with sea view), large private balcony with panoramic view of marina. Balcony has all day sun. Recently renovated to highest possible standard. Best aspect/view in Lagos!

I run my own business based in Germany. Recently married but no kids(yet). Love travelling and have lived abroad(US/Spain/Italy) for many years. Worked a lot in Africa up until end of last year. Try to get to Lagos every few months, even for a WE. Love water-sports/surfing so have to tell my work colleagues I am off to attend a 'board meeting' if/when I do escape to Lagos!

Why they chose this property

Fell in love with Lagos and the marina is the best part of Lagos. Apartment is best of locations and, as it is top floor, is both private and directly over-looks the marina. Love the fact that you can drive to within 2 footsteps of lift and spend an entire holiday without the car. Beaches in/around Lagos are incredible and there are so many things to do/see and amazing restaurants, Lagos, in my humble opinion, is by far the best part of the Algarve.

What makes this property unique

Apartment is prime location and a very easy stroll to everything(town/beach/restaurants, etc.). The apartment has a large balcony overlooking the marina and, unlike many marina apartments, has sun from 12pm to sunset. Apartment is newly renovated so very contemporary decor.
