It was very good lokalisetad in the center of the town, between a lot of restaurants, bars.

The owner is very kindfull,there is a room with dubble bed and in the lounge you can sleep also. There is a little kitchen. Very good!

Well situated

Ok for two persons, bedroom very small as is the bathroom. All very clean, and all mod cons provided. I.e washing up liquid, sugar, tea and coffee, salt and pepper. Fairly quiet location and very convenient for bars, restaurants, buses and taxis. Reasonable walking distance to main centre, cathedral and Alcazar.

Très beau séjour!

L'appartement est très bien situé, sur une place animée, non loin d'un petit marché et de petits magasins pour faire les courses. Le logement est très calme car il ne donne pas sur la place et nous mettions 20 min à pied pour rejoindre le centre historique. Nous l'avons trouvé extrêmement propre et nous n'avons manqué de rien. Merci beaucoup à nos hôtes qui étaient souriants, accueillants et discrets. Mucho gracias Glorie y Walter! Laurence et Gilles

Positive: Great location, in a local neighborhood on a big plaza with many tapa bars steps away. Apartment was updated with colorful tiles. Negative: Noisy neighbors above, limited hot water and overflows onto floor, broken tiles - safety hazard, very small bedroom, couch and bed marginal.

ottima posizione

Ottima posizione per visitare Siviglia anche a piedi. L'appartamento è attrezzato e anche se piccolo, completo di tutto. L'accesso del piccolo bagno è esclusivamente dalla camera da letto. Il divano letto del soggiorno ha un materasso sottile e un po' scomodo. Abbiamo trascorso un buon soggiorno. Grazie per l'ospitalità!

Perfectly located, everything as described

Loved the proximity of the local bars and restaurants, particularly recommend the tapas bar literally next door but be aware that if you ask to sit on the balcony, and there is a table available, you cannot order tapas up there, only "platos" ( same thing but bigger portions and more expensive ) and that is NOT told to you in advance. Tapas is only available downstairs. Food however is absolutely delicious whichever way you have it ! Loved the genuine Spanish feel of the apartment, everything worked fine and it was a lovely haven from unexpectedly high temperatures for September. Seville was very easy to navigate on foot, and find the various attractions one may/may not wish to visit, depending on interests. Definitely recommend seeking out the authentic Spanish bars, not the tourist ones, if you get the chance. Boat trip on river was very enjoyable

cool calm retreat from hot hectic Seville

This is the perfect holiday flat for a couple who come to visit in the hotter summer months. Although it's a small flat the living room /kitchen feels roomy and is very comfortable. And has everything you could want - ideal to prepare meals and even a small table (complete with checked table cloth) at which to eat. There's a washing machine and lovely rooftop terrace to hang clothes out on (dry in an hour) and the roof terrace is a quiet place to sit and have a drink later in the day. For people visiting outside of the hot months it's worth noting that the flat has only one tiny window - at shoulder height - that looks out onto the outside. Two others look out into an interior light well. If you come in Spring or winter you may be disappointed not to be able to sit at french windows looking out at Seville or have a lovely view to enjoy. But - in summer the compensation is you come back inside from a broiling but beautiful Seville into a cool relaxing space - which with air conditioning is a lovely place to recover in!

Pleasant, comfortable and well located

We spent an enjoyable week in early March in the apartment. The bedroom was rather snug but it worked and it had a very clean and acceptable en-suite shower room. It was a pleasure to have a comfortable lounge with well equipped kitchen where we could relax and cook a meal as an alternative to eating out. Macarena is an interesting area to stay in, with a range of bars (serving breakfast and coffees) and restaurants, a good market for fresh food, and an intriguing flea market once a week. It's an enjoyable walk from Macarena (via various coffee stops) to all the main attractions of Seville. We would certainly recommend this apartment to others looking for an interesting alternative to a hotel room.

Walter & Piedi really friendly and helpful. Flat easy to reach from airport. A little far to walk to main attractions (e.g. Alcazar) but there are buses not too far away. IMPORTANT to note that bathroom is small and EN SUITE so better for a single person or for couples than friends sleeping separately. Everything clean and tidy.

The apartment is located in a lively central area away from the tourist touts of Santa Cruz and the cathedral but within walking distance. Bolthole from buzzing Bohemian square

Peaceful, secure apartment, suitable for a couple, at the rear of a pretty house overlooking a lively, youthful square. Adjacent restaurants, bars and small supermarkets and shops. Roof terrace from which to watch the locals at play and enjoy the warm sunshine, even in mid-January! Clean, cosy and well equipped flat, with good wifi. Piedi and Walter are helpful, friendly hosts who live in the adjoining flat. Easy, 20 minute walk to the unmissable cathedral, Giralda, Alcazar, parks and gardens, high street and high end shops and myriad tapas bars, coffee shops and restaurants. We walked everywhere and there were few hills, but buses, trams, river boats and taxis are readily available. Seville is a delight, with interesting discoveries around each corner. We visit any of the museums or galleries as we preferred to enjoy the fine weather outdoors, with the exception of one wet day out of six. We were able to sit outside until late evening and some of the local bars have patio heaters. The cathedral is spectacular at night, especially from overlooking terrace bars. Great value stay. So glad we chose it and many thanks to Piedi and Walter.

A little gem in the centre of Seville

The flat was in a wonderful square alive with bars, cafes, shops and people. The flat was very quiet at the back of the building. It made a perfect base for exploring Seville and using the transport links to explore the many delights of Andalusia..The flat was small but well equipped and scrupulously clean. The computer was a bonus. The owners are a delight and you must experience their company particularly if you follow their knowledgeable recommendations as we did! If you are in your early 70s it makes you feel young ! We would definitely go again as there is still much to see even after 12 days. Val and Martin.

Superb location

The flat is small, but comfortable and reasonably well-furnished. It's up two flights of stairs, which might be a problem for some, with no lift. The location could hardly be better. The Alameda de Hércules is a vibrant, bustling plaza with shops and restaurants everywhere. It's a short bus ride into the historic centre, or about 20 - 25 minutes walk to the cathedral. The surrounding area, Macarena, is very interesting and full of life. The flat is quiet, being at the rear of the building, and has everything you need in the way of equipment and furnishings. The owners are really friendly and helpful. I recommend this property highly, given the fact that it might be a problem for the infirm. I would certainly go back there.

Busy but relaxing break

Quiet location; compact, clean and well-equipped apartment. Excellent value. Easy access to Seville centre by bus or a lovely walk along the river. All amenities in very easy reach. Friendly, helpful, welcoming hosts (thank you for the introduction to Flamenco!) [Should not like to be FOUR crowded into this space, tho'!]

Stay in Seville

This apartment is as described and perfectly placed for enjoying all the main attractions in Seville. It is also a few minutes walk from a lovely cafe where we enjoyed a great breakfast of freshly squeezed oranges and toasted rolls. The apartment is clean and the owners very friendly.

I bought this apartment in this beautiful house in the year 2000 and we rebuild it in 2006. I live with my spanish girlfriend on the front side of the building on the second floor. The apartment is on the back side, its very quiet inside and specialy in the morning a lot of sun shine.
