It offers a completely relaxing stay, in the middle of an official natural reserve, but it's possible also to reach in a short time, the main principal cities of Tuscan art - Siena, Pisa, Lucca, Firenze, Volterra and San Gimignano and nice seaside resorts on the Tyrrhenian coast. It's open all year. It has a shared swimming pool (diameter 8m, depth 1.35m) and a wide private natural park (10000m). Pets are admitted. The Casettino is 1.5km from the medieval village of Radicondoli (Siena), where it's possible to find restaurants, pizzerias and tennis courts.

LA CASA NUOVA apartment is derived from the most recent renovation of a portion of the main building. In harmony with all the accommodation complex, all interventions have been carried out with the utmost respect of the original structure, highlighting the peculiar characteristics: terracotta floors, ceilings, brick and wood.
