The house was awesome, and clean. What was expected, but the yard was grown up. The boat was disgusting, had mold and mildew everywhere. The boat also had a huge red wasp nest so there was red wasps everywhere that we had to fight off and kill before even trying to get the boat out. There were also ants everywhere on the boat. The dock to the boat had some very soft boards that could have easily been fallen through. Area around the fire pit was decent but needed to be cleaned up. Over all the area of the home was nice, yard and dock area need to be cleaned up, and the boat was the worst part.

You are very welcome back anytime
Everything a little family can need and more. We loved that it was at the end of the road. Super cute house. Loved having the laundry room. Renting the boat was easy and so convenient. The paddle boat was great and the people at the marina were so nice!!
