Koy apartment is set within the Kalamar Meltem Apartment residence. The apartments are superbly positioned on a quiet road in the peaceful Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan. The boutique complex of ten privately owned apartments, consists of two buildings separated by two large infinity swimming pools, joined by a waterfall. There are large shared terraces, landscaped gardens and barbecue area with sun loungers, tables and umbrellas where you can sunbathe, relax and entertain. The pool area facilities include WiFi, fridge, water dispenser, sink, outside shower, changing room, indoor shower and wc. There is a roof terrace with a kitchenette, wc and seating area for relaxing and enjoying the panoramic views. The apartment has been furnished to the highest standard with A/C in all rooms and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The interior is a fusion of Mediterranean and modern design, providing all the comforts of home.

fab hols

we had an amazing time in kalamar meltom apartment, never been to turkey before , but we will be back , as a family of 4 with boys of 9 & 11yrs , we reaaly loved it, the apartment (koy) was clean, welcoming , well equipped , setting was fab, beautiful views from the apartment & the pool , which was great too. loads of trips to do , beach club so near & free beach too & ,in easy walking distance of bars & resturants , even if you do have to climb the hill first !! 20mins in to kalkan , don't need a car , really fab holiday thanks

Relaxing time at Kalamar Meltem Apartments

We stayed in apartment Koy. We can't fault the apartment, spacious, all mod cons and air con in all rooms. The apartment was also very clean. It has a lovely balcony where we had breakfast and evening drinks before we went out every day. The pool area is also well equipped with bed, bbq and table to eat lunch, if you fancy it. I was in contact with Feray when booking the apartment and he was very helpful with answering any questions I had and emailed detailed instructions before the trip. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Excellent Accommodation

The Apartment was perfect for our break in Kalkan. It has everything you need and we enjoyed breakfast and dinners on the balcony. We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool, which was never busy. There are 2 beach clubs a 10 minute walk down the hill. We used taxis for the short trip into Kalkan town as the walk is up a very steep hill. One of the local restaurants also delivered food, if we didn't want to go out. Feray kindly arranged our airport transfers and was very helpful. The welcome pack and bottled water on arrival was much appreciated.
