This beautifully presented and fully renovated studio apartment is situated on the sought after Parque Santiago 1 complex, you can step directly onto the gorgeous beachfront walk. The studio offers a lovely balcony with mountain views and sea peeps, idea for al fresco dinning with comfortable reclinning chairs and there is a wall mounted dryer. The pool is heated during the winter months. There is a separate and fully modernised bathroom with a shower cubicle, sink, and WC and there is also a washing machine. Separate modern fully fitted kitchen area, lounge area with television showing English channels and Netflx. The apartment is fan-cooled via remote controlled ceiling fan. There are 2 single beds with memory foam mattress for a comfortable nights sleep. The studio can be accessed via a lift. There is an on site cafe/pool bar, restaurant, supermarket, and beauty salon. Being a private and secure development the complex has on site security and direct access from the complex onto the sea front is via secured gates. All amenities and excellent affordable dining are within close proximity. The seafront promenade offers level walking to Los Cristianos and central Las Americas. There are 6 local golf courses and watersports nearby. The complex is situated in an excellent, up-market location within Las Americas and is suitable for the most discerning of holiday maker. Tenerife break

The studio apt was perfect for a weeks break, it had everything required to make life easy while on holiday and was ideally located for some good restaurants and bars. Great communication from the owners and easy entry on arrival, would definitely recommend especially with the revamped pool on the complex !!

A great little studio perfect for 2 people. Situated in a ideal location, central to everything. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay there . Spotlessly clean. Communication with owners was great . Will definitely be looking to book again.

Apartement near the sea and restaurants in playa de las americas!

We had a wonderful holiday in playa de las americas. The apartment is near the sea and there were always parking lots to find (even if we had to wait for it some short time on the weekends). Everything you need is nearby: Restaurants, bars and some shopping centres. The apartment itself was very quite and we used the kitchen every day to cook some dinner. The owner are very friendly and always helpful no matter what concern. We plan to come back next year and really enjoyed our holidays there!

Come già detto la posizione dell'appartamento è eccellente . Comodo al mare, a soli 500 mt. dalla fermata dei bus Tista da e per l'aeroporto Sur (Centro commerciale Zentral Center) e 100 mt. dal mare. L'appartamento è ben arredato, pulito, e accessoriato a dovere. Tutti i nostri pasti li abbiamo consumati sulla terrazza. La televisione riceve i canali italiani ed esteri. E' stata una vacanza bella e rilassante. Un grazie particolare al proprietario disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza e un grazie agli operatori di HomeAway che avendoli contattati si sono prontamente resi disponibili.

Lovely complex with the best pool we have used in Tenerife

The studio was quite small, but clean and had everything we needed. The beds were not great and could probably do with updating, we did not really have a good nights sleep while we were there. The kitchen has all you need to self cater, but again some of the pots and pans could do with updating, they were very well used. Great storage for such a small apartment. The balcony is small but sweet, but the only problem is you don't get any sun on it, so was a little bit dull most of the time. Overall the apartment will provide sufficient for short stay for a couple and we could not complain about the owner, who was extremely responsive and helpful. When the internet went down (which also controls the TV channels), when we contacted him, he sorted it out immediately for us, so great service. The complex is in a really good location near to most things and has a good selection of restaurants and bars nearby so a good base.

Exactly as described . . . actually much better; everything was perfect the beds very comfortable, great TV with all the UK channels and SKY including F1 :-) Ideal central location with no noise issues at all. And easy communications with the owners.

My Wife and I loved our stay in this well equipped well looked after apartment. It is ideally situated on the promenade,close to all the bars and restaurants. The complex it's self is well maintained with a large swimming pool and plenty of sun beds.

Lovely apartment and holiday

From the moment of booking everything went smoothly and communication with the owner was excellent. They provided full details and were able to answer questions very promptly. Apartment was perfect for our needs, very clean and tidy and centrally located. The complex is well maintained and ideal for visiting Playa de las Americas. Absolutely Faultless

My wife and I stayed at this apartment from July 18th to 25th. It was a fantastic apartment. The place was spotless and a pleasure to have it as a home from home. It had everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a nice relaxing break. The complex itself is wonderful too, the pool area was quiet and very clean also. We will be back. 10/10
