This beautifully remodeled unit is located on the top floor overlooking the sugar white sand and emerald green surf of the Gulf. Just open up the sliding glass doors from the living room or master bedroom to enjoy the view from the large balcony. The living room has a built in Murphy bed, a 42" flat screen TV with Blue Ray and Internet access. The master bedroom is complete with a king bed and a 32" flat screen TV with DVD. The kitchen offers you granite counter tops and all new stainless steel appliances. Throughout the unit you will find porcelain tile and tranquil lighting fixtures. The bathroom has a deep tub for pure relaxation. This unit is ready to be your home away from home on the Emerald Coast!

El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

I would definitely stay here again. The condo was perfect for 2. I found the condo to be more appealing in person verses the photos. The amenities were nice, distance to the beach was nice. Property & condo were really clean. This was a great pick!

Good..beautiful views

We had a wonderful relaxing time.. only concern was when we arrived a/c vent and filter was filthy ..we cleaned vent and replaced filter ourselves....these should be checked and replaced more often..

Great stay

We travel to the Destin area at least once a summer. My husband loves the charter boat fishing and I enjoy the beach, shopping in Destin area, and eating sea food. This is a good place to stay to accommodate us both. The furniture in this condo was very comfortable including the bed. Plenty enough towels and fully functional kitchen. The only issue was with the door locks. Sliding doors would not lock at all (6th floor) and the main door lock was almost broke and difficult at times. Overall we would like to stay there again.
