The apartment is furnished to a high standard, featuring two bedrooms of equal size, each with its own ensuite bathroom including large walk-in shower, twin basins, bidet and toilet. Each bedroom has a balcony overlooking the beautiful gardens and bay. Between the bedrooms is a spacious living, dining and kitchen area, extending to a large balcony with outdoor furniture, which also overlooks the gardens and the bay. The apartment is serviced daily within the rental cost, and is air-conditioned throughout.

Rental of the apartment affords ultimate flexibility. You rent it on a self-catering basis, but included is daily maid service, free access to the gym and the two resort pools, free pool towels, free ferry for the short ride across the bay to the resort beach, and pay-as-you-go access to the spa and all the restaurants and bars on site. Water sports, including pedalos, canoes and Hobie Cats are available from the beach

If you don't want to self cater or eat on site, there are plenty of restaurants around the bay. A further option is to purchase a daily resort all-inclusive pass (called Endless Privileges) at a cost of US$200-250 per person per day. This includes free food and drink in all the resort bars and restaurants.

For those who enjoy swimming, there are two pools. The main pool includes a swim up bar with sun-beds and umbrellas and shaded couches around the open areas. The smaller pool is located on the lower level. There are sun beds and comfortable seating here, as well as a bar area.

There is a shop in Marigot Bay for essential groceries, but there are two larger supermarkets a ten minute drive away for a wider food and drink selection.
