Binibequer Vell is situated on the southern end of the island and comprises a cluster of private villas built around the fishing village of Binibeca Vell. The village of Binibequer Vell was constructed in 1972 to recreate a Menorcan fishing village.
There are a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars and this is a traffic free area. The villa is a 5 minute walk to all of the restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The beach of Binibequer is a short walk away and boasts one of the best beach bar restaurants of the Island. The location is convenient to Mahon and the Airport. Both being only 15 minutes away by car.
There are two supermarkets, many bars, restaurants all within 5 minutes walk from the villa.
The villa has internet connectivity and satellite ( Free WIFI,) TV which includes UK channels and air conditioning in all bedrooms.
The villa has a grass lawned garden and fabulous roof terrace, private swimming pool with a jacuzzi in the shallow end.
The villa has covered off road parking for at least two cars.
