Beautiful villa

Our villa (phase 3) was everything we expected. It was spotless, clean, welcoming and a beautiful place for us to stay for our 2 week holiday ( boyfriend & family) The villa was cleaned every day by the maid, with fresh new sheets. If we ever needed anything, Mr & Mrs De Souza's team were there to help us. 5 minute walking distance is the beach, local shops & restaurants, which helped us out on a daily basis. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone who is looking to stay in Goa. We had a fantastic time & you will to !!

Inflexible

The place seemed nice, but on the first night there was an emergency and we had to leave. The beds had barely been mussed, as we had only been in the house for a few hours. The manager said he would work with us on the rate, but then demanded full payment afterwards. If he had been honest at first, it would have been understandable. But I feel that lying is unacceptable. I cannot recommend renting from dishonest people.

We acknowledge that emergencies do occur, sir, however as stated explicitly in our listing, we do not offer refunds for our policy. The manage said he would reimburse you appropriately if we were to receive another reservation. Unfortunately, since you failed to cancel the reservation on VRBO, our calendars on all of our OTAS were blocked, and we were unable to receive another booking. Counting on a walk-in on the same day for a 4 bedroom villa is difficult. We share your belief in justice and honesty. In order for you to make a claim on your travel insurance, we even offered to write you a letter outlining the sequence of events. Since we gave you a clean and tidy place to stay and it wasn't our fault that you had an emergency, why should we suffer consequences for upholding our half of the bargain? Calling us names is unfair, unkind and needless.

the best place to stay in goa.

villa calangute is definately the best place to stay in goa. its lavish, peaceful and very well maintained. "flawless". its close to the beach and filled with all the facilities to feel like a luxury home. the rooms are clean, very well maintained, the kitchen is filled with the things needed and the surrounding is peaceful. the tv set and air conditioning adds to the comfort with beautiful interiors and beds. its a place to stay on a perfect holiday : ). would definitely value the experience of staying at villa calangute for its quality stay.
