Villa 44 enjoys one of the best secluded and wind sheltered positions on Parque da Floresta, still enjoying beautiful views of the 12th hole, lake and the sea. We're family villa owners, and love to spend time out at Parque da Floresta whenever possible. We have kids ranging in ages from 1 year to 18 years old!

The western Algarve is a magical place, far from the busy package-holiday destination resorts. With rugged coastlines, beautiful beaches and fresh air straight off the atlantic.
The country club - Parque da Floresta, gives you the best of both worlds, with its beautiful unspoilt location in a nature reserve, with all the amenities you could need including Spa, Golf, Tennis etc.. It's also a short 10min drive to the bustling 24hr nightlife of Lagos.
We chose this villa for it's great position, views, large pool and terraces.

Villa 44's location is one of the best, being sheltered from the winds, but still with views of the golf course, lake and sea. It's only a short walk to the clubhouse and Spa ~3 mins.
Beware of other villas on elevated hilltop positions, they can be windswept, or be a long walk to the main facilities.
