Villa Liza offers a relaxed and contemporary retreat in one of the most desirable locations on Hvar Island. Situated in a peaceful residential area, only a 15-minute walk from Hvar Town's historic centre, the villa allows guests to enjoy the island's vibrant atmosphere before returning to the privacy and comfort of their own holiday home.
Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, with the possibility of hosting 2 additional guests upon request, the villa features bright interiors where clean architectural lines and large windows create an airy, welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area and living room, making the open-plan ground floor ideal for spending quality time together.
Outside, the heated swimming pool is surrounded by landscaped Mediterranean greenery that enhances both privacy and relaxation. The spacious terrace includes comfortable sun loungers, a barbecue, and an outdoor dining area, creating the perfect setting for leisurely breakfasts, relaxed afternoons, and warm summer evenings. Guests can also enjoy lovely sea views from the villa.
The first floor accommodates three stylish bedrooms, complemented by four modern bathrooms that provide comfort and convenience throughout the stay.
One of Villa Liza's greatest advantages is the combination of private villa accommodation with selected hotel services. Guests are welcome to use the hotel's outdoor swimming pool, children's pool, rooftop bar with panoramic views of the Pakleni Islands, and pool bar, while breakfast can be arranged daily for an additional charge of €15 per person.

Wonderful stay in a large clean but rather outdated villa in an excellent location.

Excellent communication from the hosts. Excellent breakfast for 10 euros per person with fresh eggs made by the lovely Maria. Great location along the coast from Hvar Town. Good space in and out of the villa.

Great place and about a 15 min beautiful walk to the town! Loved that they greeted us with complimentary wine, honey, and olive oil! We were a group of 5 and loved that there were enough bathrooms and bedrooms for all of us! Would book again!

Great location, Ema’s house suited our 2 families of 4 very well. The overall experience was very good, excellent service from reception and great that there are car parks available we would highly recommend hiring a car for the day and looking around the island we had an amazing lunch at Santa Marija in Dol . The villa suited our needs but was very expensive everything in Hvar is expensive!

Villa was just lovely. Location is excellent, a minute from the beach and promenade. Close enough to Hvar town (15 min walk) but far enough from it to not be in the thick of it. Villa great, lovely outdoor area with bbq, swimming pool, sunbeds (hotel lent us beach towels). Inside was very clean, every room had an ensuite, was spacious and there was plently of kitchen gear for 8 people. The hotel staff at the Pharia were fantastic. They were avaliable for all queries and came to collect us from the port too, to walk us to the villa. Orvas villas staff were also great, helping to organise transfers etc. We were 4 adults amd 4 children, villa suited us perfectly but also works for 8 adults too. Small, basic supermarket 2 mins walk away. Would definitely recommend.

Mycket bra boende! Bra och stora sociala ytor som var perfekt för vår grupp på 9 personer. Jättefin trädgård med större pool än vad man såg på bilderna. Väldigt hjälpsam personal som svarade på mina frågor inom 5 minuter. Gångavstånd längst med havet in till stadskärnan och 3 minuter promenad till Hula Hula. Jag rekommenderar verkligen detta hus till alla större grupper! +Vi fick checka in tidigare. Fantastiskt!

Each of the Hvar vacation villas has two floors and can accommodate eight people comfortably. The villas are ideal for family holidays or groups of friends.
