Luxury, privacy, tradition, open space just 2 minutes from bustling Hvar center.
Come and enjoy everything that the bustling city of Hvar has to offer. Just minutes away by car from the town center but in privacy you wish to have and share among your friends or family. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Three bedrooms are large and have king size beds while the fourth bedroom is smaller and has two twin beds. Additionally a single bed can be added in the rooms with a double bed. The villa has an outside covered dining area with BBQ, infinity swimming pool and amazing sunset views towards the island of Vis and Light House Pokonji Dol. Villa is south facing with unobstructed sea views and olive groves to the east. The property has a manicured mediterranean garden with a large number of local plants and herbs.

Beautiful villa close to Hvar Town

Beautiful villa, great place for friends to hang out and just relax. We had a wonderful time. Town is a bit of a walk but totally do-able.

Croatia Getaway

Mario’s villa is spectacular and the recommendations are first class. We had an amazing stay in the villa and time by the Adriatic. The beauty of Hvar, Croatia combined with the wonderful villa and tremendous service Tomo and the team made for a fantastic holiday with my family. Thank you!

Can’t tell you how happy we were here these last 5 days! The home is perfect— so comfortable for 6-8 people. The 4th bedroom is very small but the kids switched mid week. Communication before and during our stay was perfect. The pool is great and private. Be sure you build at least a full day into your itinerary just to chill here. The view is spectacular!! We ended that day with a grilled dinner in the outside dining area. We did rent a car but might not have needed to. Taxis are plentiful (albeit little expensive) and uber works well. We are very close to town but the walk back up the hill is a good work out. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Beautiful Villa in Hvar Town!

First and foremost, Croatia and Hvar blew away every expectation I had coming into the trip. Mario’s Villa played a major role in our overall experience. The Villa itself is spacious, extremely clean and well-appointed, not to mention the breathtaking views and convenient proximity to Hvar Town and the marina. We spent our days lounging by the pool and our nights enjoying drinks on the patio. It provided quiet tranquility while being a quick 15-minute walk or 2 minute drive into town. Mario and Mira were informative, helpful and fast to respond to all inquiries. I would recommend this Villa to anyone thinking about a trip to Hvar.

Fabulous!

Not only is this a wonderful villa, but Mario is a great host. The villa is in a lovely quiet location on the outskirts of town. Whilst you could walk in and out of town, using a car or taxi is more realistic. Taxis were always available both ways and cost 100 kuna. The villa is just as it appears in the pictures. It really is lovely. The pool is fabulous and well maintained. The views are glorious. The concierge, Mira, was always helpful. The information Mario sent us about the villa and the area was useful and accurate. I recommend a stay here without reservation.
