There for long weekend during Stagecoach. Walk is a little longer given gate locations in neighborhood but very doable. Pool and spa were great and home was fully stocked, clean and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

We love this house and the owners! It is clean and well kept. The pool is beautiful and we really feel safe in the gated neighborhood. The owners are so kind and responsive. This is our third stay here and we will definitely keep coming back. I highly recommend this property!

This house is great. Large kitchen opening up to the living area. Perfect for a large group. So much room. Exactly what we needed for 9 people. The pool area is great. Running waterfall into the pool with a spa. Sunshine and enough shade for the non sun lovers. Definitely recommend.

The house is beautifully decorated and felt very welcoming. The backyard is beautiful and relaxing with the fire pit, pool and spa, covered patio with plenty of seating for large families. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat. Well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, cookware, serving, spices, paper products, cleaning g supplies. Plenty of towels for the pool and some in the bathrooms as well. Just bring your clothes and food. Beds were comfy and had fresh linens and plenty of blankets and extra pillows if needed. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Really the only thing we didn’t use was the grill, it needs a good cleaning or possible replacement. We would absolutely stay here again .

Memorable Christmas, Great Setting!

We had a group of 11 here over the holidays, and it was so perfect! Everyone felt like they had plenty of space to spread out, and the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking festive meals. But the best part was the backyard, like a resort! We used the heated pool and hot tub, along with the fire pit many times. We appreciated the large cable TV for football games, and the quiet neighborhood for restful time. Morgan was super responsive and friendly about a couple of minor issues that we resolved quickly. Thanks for making our holidays extra special!

Beautiful home but lacked cleanliness

The house itself was wonderful and location was excellent. The host was quick to respond to questions. A few issues with our stay, when using the dishes we found them to be dirty with food still on them, dirty red solo cups stacked on the kitchen counter that were used and dirty, food found in some of the bedroom floors and dark hand prints on the wall in the master bedroom and broken glass in the backyard from what appears to be from the hanging lights. Would definitely go back but hope that the cleaning people are a little more aware when cleaning.

Great Property - Great Location

Stayed here for a week in Dec of 2024. We were looking for a property with a heated pool and hot tub to enjoy during the winter months and large enough to accommodate our extended family of 7. This house fit the bill. It was more than ample enough to house our party and the kitchen was well stocked for us to cook our meals. The pictures represent the house well. Backyard was stellar. Pool, hot tub and bbq all in working order. I don't have any complaints. Communication with property manager was quick and responsive. There were minor cosmetic issues that made it apparent this was a vacation rental but nothing out of the ordinary. I would stay here again.

Had a great time at this lovely VRBO. It was spacious, thoughtfully decorated, and the kitchen/living area was nice and open--good for our large group. The pool and hot tub, which we used daily, were well maintained and landscaped. The host was very communicative, responding promptly to my questions (about hot tub controls, garbage bins, etc). Generally, 5 of 5 on nearly all aspects. I gave 4 of 5 on cleanliness only because the floor at check-in was unexpectedly dusty. Walking barefoot initially turned our feet sooty/soiled. We found the mop and Fabuloso and gave the floors a once over. One friendly suggestion: I understand that Coachella Valley summer weather is extremely hot; thing is, at check-in the AC was off and thermostat showed house temp at 92. We turned on AC and eventually 12 hours later the house temp cooled to a comfortable level. It would have been nice to have been able to check in to the VRBO at a slightly more comfortable temperature. During summer months, you might consider keeping house at 80 right before new guests check in. It shouldn't take as long from there to modulate temp. Thank you!

We love this house. It is perfect for a big group. The back yard is beautiful and we really enjoyed the pool. The owners are ridiculously nice and we had no issues but know that they would have taken care of anything that might have come up. We are already booked for next year!!
