Built on a raised level to take full advantage of its incredible panoramas and with large paved terraces and lawns running around it, the house is finished in sophisticated up-to-date fashion with shiny tiled floors, stylish furnishings, and a highly functional modern kitchen. An air of sunny elegance dominates throughout the property and to complete the interior comforts, three of the lovely bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms. For added convenience, there is a separate shower room on the ground floor making the villa suitable for wheelchair users.

Nice villa

Our group of two families had a nice time at the villa. The villa is very spacious, well maintained, clean and fully equipped. The pool area is quite big and spacious. The views from the villa are amazing. The villa is in the central part of the island, but ir takes only 20-30 minutes to reach any coast of the island.

Schitterend huis met mooi zwembad, met mooi uitzicht over de omgeving. In een klein plaatsje, ver van de drukte (wel even rijden voor boodschappen en uit eten, maar dat vonden wij niet erg). Erg vriendelijke mensen, staan altijd voor je klaar!

Superbe villa, piscine,vue et extérieur géniaux.

Location conforme aux photos et en super état . Propriétaire sérieux et arrangeant (nous sommes arrivés en pleine nuit un jour férié sans aucun problème grâce à la récupération des clés dans un coffre à code et le propriétaire nous avait prévu de quoi faire le petit déjeuner.....super...comme la bouteille de vin de bienvenue!!!) Extérieur très reposant, vue magnifique, piscine chauffée très agréable, barbecue idéal pour finir agréablement de belles journées entres amis.

Why they chose this property

We have been visiting Corfu' for the last 30 years and have fallen in love with the island. The scenery, beaches and local people are great. The island has a lot to offer including sailing and water sport activities. We decided to buy a plot of land in 2007 and build Villa Gina in a relaxed and tranquil location. We were mainly looking for an unspoilt area in the hills but still within close distance to the shore.

What makes this property unique

The property is located ten minutes away from Roda in Northern Corfu'. It is surrounded by greenery and lots of trekking and cycling paths including mountain biking. Bikes can be rented in the resort of Roda. The first night we stayed in the property we realised how quiet and relaxing the location was; all we could hear were a couple of crickets and a dog barking in the distance. A great feeling when you need to get away from our busy and hectic lives!
