Loved everything about this property! Everything was clean and view was amazing!! Would 100% stay here again. Very easy check-in. Only thing i didn’t like it sleeps 8 people but they only allow 2 parking passes I even called to see if I could buy one more and they told me no!

Second year in sane unit and still the best place ever! The location to the elevator is awesome and the ease of access to the pool! We just love this unit! Perfect for kids and we always are able to reach someone if we have any questions. There is never an issue when it come to cleanliness. We will be back next year!!!!

Great view, outdated condo, poor management.

We stayed at the waterscape last year and just loved it! The beaches are beautiful, it’s a great location and the pool area is amazing. It would be nice if they would heat all the pools to some extent, especially in April. The large pool and lazy river are ice cold, making the one heated pool insanely busy. Our condo had a wonderful view, but was very outdated. It felt very dark. Large dated pieces of furniture. No light above the table. After our first load of wash we had oil/grease stains all over our clothes and beach towels. Apparently someone came to look at it when we weren’t there and said it wasn’t the washing machine. We decided to wash the sheets since the condo was so muggy feeling. When we took the sheets off there was a large blood stain on the mattress pad. We asked for a new one and someone came in while we were gone, tore up our bed, changed the pad, left our sheets, and blankets wadded up on a ball in the bed, and also left their dirty gloves too. When this was mentioned to the management company, that said, sorry. Our condo was very sticky muggy feeing.(we had several other friends staying there too that had beautiful, comfortable feeling condos, so it wasn’t just the building or weather) I didn’t even mention this to the management company because it was clear they were motivated to help with anything. Overall, beautiful resort, but would not rent this condo again.

The one star rating is for the view. The condo gets a zero. It is a dirty, unkempt unit.

We arrived around midnight to find the linens on the beds had not been fully changed. It was obvious the cleaning crew has taken many shortcuts as only the top sheet was clean. After calling the after hours number, we were sent to another unit to get clean linens off those beds. So at 1 a.m. (and after driving 12 hours) we were changing linens out. As requested by the after hours clerk, I called the front desk the next day and was told that the fresh linens we had gotten did not belong to the rental company we booked thru and they had to be returned. We spent several hours waiting for a someone to arrive with replacement linens. The comforter in the master bedroom had a smear of blood (or worse) on the back side. The very nice woman that came to take care of this, took the comforters from both bedrooms and never brought replacements back. No blankets or extra sheets in the unit, only the small quilts off the bunk beds remained. Also, we only had two hand towels for three people for a week. I asked for more hand towels which never arrived. The floors were just dirty with crumbs and crud in the kitchen and bathrooms. The woman asked if we wanted the floors swept but they really needed to be mopped as well and we didn't want to spend several hours waiting for her to clean. In addition, my son found a large bug in the half bath toilet when we arrived. The draperies in the living room were unattached from the rail so they wouldn't close for a foot or so at the center. And the cord was broken and hanging down which is a safety hazard for young children. The screen was torn and had holes in several places as well. Even the sofa cushions and pictures were askew! Other than the very nice view, I cannot recommend this unit at all. It needs a serious cleaning and major updating. Shame on Southern Vacation Rentals for not checking on the properties they book and for not following up with renters to see if their situations were properly resolved!!

They need to change the beds because it is very old and makes a lot of noise to sleep. The fridge is also a bit Bad because water was leaking out the doors.

Everything was good at this stay. It was clean which is a must. The only issue we had was Wifi it was saying offline. The room itself was great. My family loved it. I love the fact they had our wristband and parking pass waiting for us in the room.

A little worn, but very kid friendly.

Pools were awesome, with several choices, including splash pad for the little ones and a lazy river. Great to have a beach set up. Unit needed some repairs, showing damage from previous summer renters. TVs were small. Beds were comfortable. Overall, a great place for families with small children.
