The Vanessa Development lies between the traditional Peyia Village and Coral Bay. The complex is 5 minutes walk to the village of Peyia, a traditional hillside village with an array of restaurants, taverns, supermarkets and entertainment. If you like to keep fit the complex offers a small gymnasium or there is an excellent gym in Peyia with classes and full range of equipment where you can train. Beautifully furnished with large veranda. It is a 1 bedroom, ground floor apartment in this 5 star complex. The property comprises an open plan lounge/dining room and 1 double bedroom with comfortable sofa bed in lounge. It is air-conditioned and heated, the complex enjoys professionally landscaped gardens and a large outdoor pool, smaller low level outdoor pool, in additional to an indoor pool and sauna (with shower & toilet facilities). Suitable for all year round holidays! There is plenty of pool furniture for you to sunbathe comfortably and shaded pergolas to relax away from the sun. Parking for two vehicles is available to the rear of the property.

Clean apartment and host was very good with directions and keys. The pool area was lovely and it was a very quiet place to stay. Only negative was the air conditioning only stayed on for an hour at a time, so overnight the bedroom got very hot, especially in August.

The apartment was exactly as described. We had a fantastic holiday and look forward to booking again in the future. This is a great place to relax as the complex and area is very quiet but you’re just a short drive down to the beach and restaurants in Coral bay.

Property was perfect, very clean, all facilities working well, and very well equipped with everything you need for a home away from home experience. AC very efficient. The apartment is in an excellent location, in a lovely complex with a good pool and also under cover parking which is a huge benefit keeping the car cool. Lovely Apartment situated in the village of Peyia.The Apartment is clean and has everything required, Lovely balcony area, Living and kitchen areas great, you can cook anything you require, or go to the local restaurants and Bars. The bed is super comfortable. Both indoor and outdoor poops clean and well looked after. I did use both Pools even though it was December as I had forthought to pack a wetsuit.We did have a hiccup on arrival as we had no hot water but a quick phone call and a plumber was arranged, who aorted yhe problem out quickly and efficiently. We can definitely recommend this Apartment and hope to stay here again in the future.

The apartment was exactly as described .Directions from the airport to apartment were spot on .Very clean and well equipped, I had a small issue with the safe ( maybe an error on my part ), the property manager was quick to pop round and sort it , Pool area very nice , clean and plenty of sun loungers .Close to Peyia centre , restaurants and a few bars , the walk is uphill though !Private parking outside your door and under cover .Over all , great stay and we will be back to this apartment.

Perfect retreat

The property and complex was wonderful and set in a charming village with pretty much everything you could need.Anne’s property is well looked after and ideal for couples. It contains a spacious kitchen/dining/lounge area as well as a large balcony overlooking the large/clean pool area. The bed was comfortable and clean with a nice sized en-suite. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and dining equipment.Private parking was provided in a secure undercover area right outside the front door.Paphos and surrounding areas are easily accessed within a short time using our hire car.Overall we had a wonderful experience.

I have stayed at Vanessa complex many times, in different apartments. This one has been, by far, the Best. It feels homely as soon as you walk in and you are immediately relaxed. The veranda is very lsrge and you are, slightly, secluded from the complex, which adds a little privacy. The kitchen area is well stocked with cutlery snd utensils (very rare). Overall a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend.

What a fabulous apartment! Brilliant communication from Anne & property manager Rob who was round straight away when we couldn’t work out how to put the heating on ( was actually very simple lol), stunning views of the sunset and very easy to find. There was construction happening just over from the complex which we were made aware of before our stay but wasn’t a bother to us, as long as we were on the beautiful island we didn’t mind! Beds were very comfortable and it really had everything you needed. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended to family & friends!

Very good, as described in Vrbo listing. Very comfortable especially the bed! Complex gardens and pool area kept clean and tidy. Enjoyed the indoor pool. Plenty of tavernas, bars and eating places within walking distance including Peggy's Secret Garden. Local shops within 5 minutes walking, Kiosk for essentials and the bakery was amazing. Full marks to Phillipo's supermarkets both in Peyia and the big one in Coral Bay, their delivery service is brilliant. Thanks to Rob who picked us up and returned us to the airport and for his help during our stay. The weather was brilliant for March.

Perfect stay in Cyprus

If you are looking for a very clean, cozy and well equipped apartment – here it is. It is very quiet, has shaded parking right in front of the door and a huge terrace (shadow in the morning, sun during afternoon). And the bed is so incredible comfortable! Anne and her house keeper Rob were very helpful and available at any time – we can highly recommend this place!

A fantastic place to stay. The property has everything you need to have a perfect holiday. Beautifully furnished and very clean. Communication with the property manager and owner was excellent. The swimming pool was just right to have a decent swim in and again very clean. I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend. A car is a must to get about though.

My name is Anne Mackenzie and I'm very pleased to be the owner of this apartment. I'm a senior solicitor working in Glasgow but love to travel, especially to warmer sunny places like Paphos. It's very important to me that my guests have a wonderful holiday and that they feel relaxed and comfortable in the apartment. I've tried to ensure that the decor and appliances are to a high standard and that everything you need is provided. The bed has a superior mattress to ensure that you have a good nights sleep as it's a pet hate of mine to sleep in an uncomfortable bed. I provide a visitors guide with lots of information on where to go in the area and things to do, lots of top tips for you! I'm fortunate to have an excellent property manager who will be on call for you 24/7.

Why they chose this property

I purchased this apartment because I love the beautiful village of Peiya, a great base to explore the island from. However, if you just want to stay local amenities are close by. Whether it's restaurants, shops, culture and history, pubs, sea and sand. It really has something for everyone! Paphos has a long holiday season because of the great, sunny weather. It's a wonderful place to escape the British weather during the winter. The sunsets in Paphos are incredible (especially from the balcony!) and the locals are so friendly and welcoming. The apartment is a home from home in the sun. It has beautiful, large outdoor pool, smaller low level pool and indoor pool, table tennis room, sauna and gym (with shower and toilet facilities). You can also just drive down the road for a swim in the sea - bliss!

What makes this property unique

The apartment is in a prime location for total relaxation. It's very new and really smart, a perfect holiday destination. As well as being a great price for the standard of accommodation you can save so much money having all your food and drinks readily available in your own fully equipped kitchen. Have coffee on the balcony when you wake in the morning and a cool beer in the evening with no room service charges to pay! Having property managers on call 24/7 gives guests the benefit of knowing that they can get assistance at any time if required. Rob and Vicki Jan are an English and now live in Cyprus. They are so friendly and helpful and can even do your shopping or collect you from the airport for a small extra charge (cheaper than a taxi!). I've provided a selection of DVDs and CDs. There is a great WIFI connection and a wide range of English speaking satellite TV channels.
