Leading from the very bright and airy living room is a balcony with related outdoor furniture for alfresco dining with stunning views of the north western coastline of Sardinia with its white sandy beaches. The apartment benefits from a stunning elevated communal pool, which is ideal for families with children of all ages. The pool has a built in shallow end for child safety. The apartment is located on a small secure complex with electronic security gates and comes with reserved parking. In order to reach the elevated pool with suntrap terrace there are a number of steps and this property may not be suitable for the elderly or infirm.. Schöne Ferienwohnung in Berglage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt außerhalb in sehr schöner Berglage mit Ausblick auf die Berge und das Meer. Das Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwas weiter entfernt.

Appartement au calme

Bonjour , Nous avons séjourné dans l appartement d'Andréa du 11 au 18 septembre 2021 . Nous étions seuls dans la résidence , un calme absolu y règne . Une piscine avec une vue superbe. Il suffit de monter quelques marches et vous êtes à la piscine. Andrea n est pas sur place ,mais répond à vos questions rapidement. Les photos de l appartement sur le site sont moins bien que la réalité. Nous avons été agréablement surpris. Pour que la location soit vraiment au top ,je conseillerais à Andréa d y mettre , un four à micro onde ,une cafetière électrique ,et un aspirateur et un grille pain . Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un bon séjour. Mais un grille pain pour le petit déjeuner aurait été la cerise sur le gâteau. Et le micro onde pour réchauffer les petits plats achetés. Nous reviendrons très certainement.

Wunderschön!!!

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Andrea ist super nett, wir konnten sie immer erreichen und Fragen stellen. Die Wohnung ist in einer traumhaften Lage, der Ausblick gigantisch und unsere Ausflugsziele waren sehr gut erreichbar. Das Restaurant Rocco‘ Ja ist ein MUST SEE!! ( danke Andrea für diesen Tipp) Sehr schöner Pool, unsere Kinder waren begeistert.

Why they chose this property

My husband and I were drawn to Italy and the Italian food and culture but after having a child who loved playing on the beach we felt compelled to investigate the Sardinian beaches. We fell in love with the North Coast of Sardinia which remains largely untouched by mass tourism and has therefore maintained its character and unique sardinian ambience. Away from the glitz of the Costa Smeralda, the coastal beaches remain uncrowded, relaxed and family orientated. Excellent Sardinian fare is served with fresh meat and fish in abundance. Pizzas in the local seafront pizzeria range from 4 euros upwards so eating out does not have to break the bank. When you approach Castelsardo from Alghero via the Coast Road the view is quite spectacular.

What makes this property unique

The property is very tranquil and relaxing with excellent sea views. There are an abundance of restaurants and bars in both Castelsardo and Valledoria and a choice of white sandy beaches a short drive away.

The apartment has a stunning elevated pool with a separate children's section of the pool.

The property is located only a couple of 100 metres from a national landmark so if you do get lost the apartment is easy to find!
