Die Gastgeberin ist super nett und hilfsbereit, sehr herzliches Empfang 😁 Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar Backofen ist vorhanden. Betten sehr bequem Zum Strand war nicht mal 5 min Fußweg, zum Nächstliegenden Stadt war um 2 km, dort sind viele Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants da. Absolut empfehlenswert 🙌🙌🙌🙌

Petit paradis en bord de mer

Anna, et sa maman Maria, nous accueille de tous leurs sourires, attentions et discrétion dans leur maison à la lisière de la pinède qui donne sur les dunes de la plage de Baia Verde. Die Wohnung ist ungewöhnlich geschnitten, ein Bett steht nur abgeteilt durch ein Regal im Elternschlafzimmer. Direkt gegenüber wurde gebaut, sodass es ab 7:30 Uhr laut war. Die Vermieterin verlangt extra Gebühren (15€ pro Person) für Bettwäsche und Handtücher, obwohl diese in der Beschreibung eingeschlossen sind.

Dear Stefanie, I am replying you as precisaly as possible: The flat has one double room divided by a tromp-oil (painted furniture) as specified in the description and clearly visible in the photos, accessible before the booking. The noise was only in 11 and 12 September and was due the renovation work in a flat 20 metres away from Villa Anna. Unfortunately it is impossible to stop work in houses that are not one's own, however if I had been made aware of this annoyance it would have been my concern to ask the workers for more attention. The payment of linens is well specified in the house rules in the website description, all accessible before the booking. In addition, when I send the coordinates to reach Villa Anna, I always send a question to ask again if there was a need for linen (remembering the price). You approved this, used such linen and later decided to leave without paying for it. I am sorry you didn’t have a fantastic holiday, that is always my main objective for all guests. Es hat uns sehr, sehr gut in der Villa Anna gefallen!

Die Gastgeberin tut alles, um den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Sogar einen kleinen Imbiss haben wir zum Empfang bekommen. Die Wohnung war sehr nett und gut ausgestattet. Zum Meer hat man wirklich nur einen kurzen Weg. Es war einfach toll! Grazie mille Anna e Mama!

Lovely place and lovely people

We had a wonderful stay in St Pietro. Anna and her whole family are so kind and caring. The apartment was nice and clean, we didn't miss anything. The house is located inbetween huge trees, so there is enough shadow in the hot hours. You only have to walk 5 minutes and you are at the beautiful beach of St Pietro. Overall a great recommendation!

Ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt

Die Gastgeberin Anna und ihre Mutter Maria haben uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und uns mit einem Reissalat verwöhnt. Während der ganzen Urlaubszeit waren sie mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Die Wohnung Gelsomina war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Durch die 3 Balkone/Terasse konnten wir gut der großen Hitze entfliehen. Sonnenschirm, Strandspiele konnten wir uns bei Anna kostenlos ausleihen. Grazie mille Anna und Maria!

Wir hatten traumhafte 2 Wochen. Anna, die Besitzerin ist sehr hilfsbereit und super nett. Sie hat uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben und war immer da, wenn wir etwas benötigten. Das Appartment mit Terrasse wunderschön und ruhig gelegen. Der Garten im Pinienhain mit Hängematte ein Traum und schön schattig zum Entspannen. 5 min zu Fuss zum Sandstrand. Es war einfach ein Traum. Moderne, Strandnahe Villa

Das Haus ist wunderschön und liegt ungefähr 100 Meter hinter dem Strand umgeben von Pinien und Eukalyptus Bäumen. Das Haus ist neu renoviert und mit modernen Einrichtungen ausgestattet! Der Garten ist schön und sehr naturbelassen gestaltet, mit Duschen und einer Hängematte. Die Lage ist exzellent und die Besitzer ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Traumhafte Tage im Spätsommer

Bei Anna und ihrer Mama hatten wir 10 höchst erholsame Tage im Spätsommer. Toll ausgestattetes und überaus sauberes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartment. Traumstrand 2 Minuten zu Fuß, aber auch die Umgebung bietet so viel, dass wir wiederkommen wollen. Dazu die unkomplizierte Herzlichkeit von Anna und ihrer Mama. Vacanze di altissimo livello!

Abbiamo soggiornato un paio di settimane. Il Gelsomino è nuovo, spazioso, luminoso e fornito di tutto il necessario. È arredato con gusto e cura del dettaglio. Utilissima, ad esempio, la lavatrice comune, il barbecue, come pure la dotazione di ombrelloni, stuoie e teli per la spiaggia. La vicinanza al mare (meno di 100 metri) lo rende comodissimo. C’è un bel giardino comune agli altri tre appartamenti della villa, dotato di sdraio e amache, all’ombra di freschi pini marittimi. Ma il TOP della struttura è l’ospitalità della proprietà: gentilezza, simpatia e attenzioni di ogni genere per sentirsi come a casa di amici. La spiaggia libera è molto molto grande e poco affollata, anche in agosto. Ci sono anche stabilimenti balneari dotati di ombrelloni, sdraio, lettini, bar, docce, toilette, ecc. Raccomandato!

L´appartamento è situato in mezzo a una pineta e si trova in posizione ideale sia per giornate al mare che per delle escursioni interessanti nei dintorni. Tutto è molto curato e pulito e la proprietaria è sempre a disposizione senza mai essere invadente.

Autentico relax! Tutto perfetto!

Alloggio pulitissimo, tutto molto curato e dotato di ogni confort, con un grande terrazzo ombreggiato dove poter mangiare e rilassarsi. Anna è una perfetta padrona di casa, sempre presente ma mai invadente, nonchè disponibile a fornire informazioni anche prima del nostro arrivo. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa! Meraviglioso il giardino con le comodissime amache e le docce solari, rilassanti e molto comode al rientro dalla spiaggia. Ottima posizione in pineta veramente a 2 passi dalla spiaggia e buona base di partenza per esplorare i dintorni. A disposizione degli ospiti anche ombrelloni e frigo portatile. Assolutamente consigliato. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Wunderbarer Familienurlaub

Wir waren für einen Woche im Appartement Gelsomiro in der Villa Anna und es hat uns rundum gefallen. Das Haus ist groß und sauber und die Kinder konnten toll im Garten schon spielen. Und am besten ist natürlich der kurze Weg zum schönen Strand (200m). Anna hat sich zudem sehr nett um uns gekümmert und uns einen Willkommenssalat bereitet und an einem Abend selbstgemachte Pasta vorbei gebracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist eine Empfehlung für mit und ohne Kinder.

Die Wohnung war super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter Anna und ihre Mutter Maria sind äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Es gab sogar handgemachte Pasta von Mama. Der Weg zum schönen Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub.
