Total size of about 100 square meters, consisting of a large room with n 2 relaxation areas, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet; laundry with tub and washing machine. Living area and kitchen with granite worktop with electric cooker; fridge with freezer; living room furniture with table linen, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery and utensils. Access through external stairs. Heating, TV, wifi. Parking in front of the house.

Supertolle Einliegerwohnung

Sehr saubere, großzügige, schöne Wohnung. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie wohnen im gleichen Haus. Zum schönen Strand sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, die Lage ist ideal. Wir würden sofort wieder diese Wohnung nehmen.

Wundervoll!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit zwei großen Schlafzimmern, einer großen offenen Küche mit essbereich und einem sehr großen Bad! Die Vermieter waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Bis zum Strand benötig man 6 min Fußweg & um die Unterkunft sind zahlreiche Restaurants und Cafés. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ottimo soggiorno

Stefania e Pietro sono due perfetti padroni di casa, gentilissimi e premurosi, piacevole stare con loro che abitando sopra la taverna sono sempre pronti per qualsiasi richiesta e mai invadenti; abbiamo trascorso 5 notti in questa struttura e non abbiamo mai avuto nessun problema. Amanti degli animali,accettano i cani volentieri e per questo meritano una nota positiva in più. È inutile dire che è consigliatissimo.

Ottimo punto di partenza per una entusiasmante vacanza in Sardegna

Durante i 10 giorni di permanenza in Sardegna questo appartamento e i proprietari sono stati essenza dell’intero viaggio per me e il mio gruppo di 6 amici. Ecco alcune qualità che abbiamo apprezzato: ⭐️ POSIZIONE: La centralità geografica di Lu Bagnu ci ha permesso di raggiungere le due coste sarde (est e ovest) in 1 e 2:30 ore di macchina, facendoci così godere a pieno le destinazioni senza badar troppo all’orario. Se non si vuole viaggiare molto inoltre il paese è a 5 minuti di auto da Castelsardo (sono disponibili anche parecchi pullman) un borgo circondato dal mare dove è possibile trovare eventi, iniziative culturali, intrattenimento, viste spettacolari e luoghi interessanti da visitare. ⭐️ OSPITALITÀ: È la prima volta che sbarco in terra sarda ma l’ambiente mi è sembrato subito accogliente e ospitale. Le persone sono gentili, disponibili e oneste. I proprietari non son da meno, i loro consigli ci hanno guidato nella programmazione del viaggio e ci hanno mostrato quegli elementi che il turista può perdersi. ⭐️ STRUTTURA: La tavernetta è parecchio spaziosa e offre delle comodità non di poco conto per determinati viaggi e compagnie. Alcuni elementi interessanti: - Il bagno (oltre che essere spazioso) è separato in una parte con doccia e servizi, e una con lavandino e lavatrice, ciò consente l’accesso al lavandino sebbene qualcuno si stia facendo la doccia o utilizzando i servizi. - Le camere sono 2 e sono molto vaste con ampi armadi e scompartimenti dove è possibile svuotare valigie anche per viaggi da 15 giorni - Il soggiorno è luminoso e spaziosissimo, in 6 ci si dispone liberamente tra panche e divani dando vita a serate di lunghe chiacchierate e svago - ❌ Una nota a sfavore sono gli accessori e gli utensili vari della struttura: posate, piatti, pentole e altri utensili vengono ad essere limitati in numero. Resta comunque la totale collaborazione dei proprietari in grado di sopperire alle eventuali necessità e mancanze ⭐️ PREZZO: Un prezzo onesto e anzi quasi molto inferiore rispetto a ciò che offre. Cercando anche in giro abbiamo trovato strutture con spazi e comodità inferiori a 20/30€ in più a notte. Un’esperienza unica che merita di essere vissuta ❤️

Ce logement est très spacieux, bien équipé et confortable. Emplacement au calme. Proche de la mer et d une supérette. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et ont tout mis en place pour que notre séjour se passe bien: à l arrivée, ils ont laissé à notre disposition tout le matériel nécessaire (sel, huile, produit vaisselle...). Top quand on arrive ! La présence d une douche extérieure a été appréciée !
