Legacy 202 - Newly Renovated Gulf Front Condo With Community Pool And 3 Bikes

Legacy 202 is in a gated, 16-unit condo with gorgeous panoramic views of the beach. A walk to fine dining and snack spots in Seagrove is a breeze. Grilling downstairs is also a convenient alternative.

The Legacy community provides private beach access just a short walk from the condo. One of the two pools rests beside a beach dune, a wonderful space, complete with comfy lounge chairs. An elevator is in the condo building. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles.

The living space has a 42” TV, the kitchen island seats 4, and the dining table seats 6. All of this looks out past the sliders to the balcony, where the views are incredible.

A primary bedroom, king, leads out to the enormous balcony. A great place to start, or end, your day. The remaining bedrooms are down the hallway. A guest room, queen, shares a hall bathroom. Another guest room, queen, is connected to the double bunk room through a Jack and Jill bath.

Our teams of hard-working professionals are passionate about providing a clean home and a consistent experience for our guests. We’re open seven days a week with a 24/7 emergency line. The location is great and the management company did a great job. The rental itself is pretty good. The furniture in the den is ok. The bathrooms are not great other than the master. The property is fine but not super nice.

We had a great time at legacy and love the location. We have been there before. Our condo had several issues. Oversee has been very supportive. The master bed does need replacing as it squeaks all night. The other issues that we reported are being taken care if by oversee. You can’t beat the shirt walk to beach. The best The property could be cleaned up better

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really liked the condo size and layout! We all had plenty of room. Had an issue at first with garbage pickup. Looked as if some redo happening in condo. Replacing mirror in master bath so no mirror at all. Could have put a temporary mirror of some sort.
